“A huge shoutout to the Cross Plains Culver's team! We were there when the storm sirens went off today. They were so kind and helpful when we all had to go into the basement. We learned there are only a few Culver's that have basements! We waited out the storm and staff was super friendly to my 3-yr old during what could have been a scary experience. When the storm passed they all jumped back into action helping customers and making food. I'll be back thanks to the kindness of the team.“

“Came here by coincidence and ended up being a good stop! Decided on chicken and waffles, chicken was a standard chicken strip but waffle was pretty good and had a hunt of vanilla. Ordered icecream as well which was very good. They have a decent amount of untraditional ice cream flavors, which is a nice change. Staff is clearly the standout here as they were so helpful. Kind and professional. The cool outdoor sitting area in a cool vibe inside also would recommend stopping by.“

“The food was good kind of weird they're $7 meal is a chili cheese dog with chips not fries chips which I thought was weird and then your soda and your sundae. It was okay but if you wanted cheese dog you better off going to A&W provided you can find one .“

“A very nice and welcoming environment for anyone. The young girl working behind the counter did amazing and was very kind and helpful. Their cookie butter ice cream was amazing!!!! And they have a variety of candies from different countries that is fun. I would like to recommend they get some sodas and cold beverages to partner with the sweets.“

“I went the on 2sept 2025 while on vacation there at about 5:30 pm. The employee behind the counter was very respectful and Pleasant. He treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel like I was an important part of his day. This experience is not common in a lot of places. I would definitely be visiting that cold stone creamery again on my next visit to Middleton.“
