“Being from out of town, and co-workers that suggested this nostalgic neighborhood steak house, I was intrigued. The history was amazing to find out from our server David, who did a fantastic job from minute 1 to close- great talent there. The direction on the steaks, the shareable sides was all top level, I (we) will be back soon for more.“

“I was recommended by my brother to go to this place, and it's honestly one of the best wing places I've been to. This shop alone has the utmost best customer service and the most friendly staff, who seem like they are your friends when you are ordering. Their food is always fresh and not frozen, which is what makes them one of the best take-out places. Their wings are always cooked to perfection, and they have the best variety of sauces.Fries look like they are hand made and are crispy.And the alfredo was also very good!Lastly, the chicken salad was good and they did not cheap out on the chicken!The store is always clean and has the best atmosphere. I would recommend it, and I am definitely going there 100 more times!“

“I had sworn off of JJ's Chicken after my last experience but this new location for me is fantastic! The chicken is not oily. The meal was ready when we arrived. The fries were crispy just like I like them! You have a new customer with us.

“We had an incredible experience at 4th Base on National Ave! This place is a gem. You can walk into a relaxed, casual bar setting and enjoy dishes you’d typically find at a high-end, white-tablecloth restaurant. Our food was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. We tried the ribeye and the filet—both fantastic—but the king crab was the highlight, already cracked for easy enjoyment, which was a great touch! Even the veggies were delicious, and the bacon-wrapped shrimp… just wow. Special shout-out to Antonio, the cook, who absolutely nailed it! Watching all the deliciousness cooked right in front of us was a treat in itself. It’s amazing what comes out of that small kitchen—Antonio works magic in there! The cocktails were just as impressive. My Rye old-fashioned was smooth and balanced, and my wife’s mule was spot-on. The entire experience was excellent. If you’re looking for an amazing meal in a laid-back atmosphere, get over to 4th Base! Highly recommend!“

“So great I had to share! I went in after a long day at work and ordered a bowl to go. I walked outside and it slipped out of my hands and all over the street. I was so frustrated and upset, but I went back inside to buy another bowl. I explained my situation and NOT ONLY did they give me a new bowl for free, BUT GAVE ME A RICE CRISPY TREAT TO CHEER ME UP!❤️ I’m not sure what the lady’s name was that helped me, but that was the best customer service I have ever had. 100% recommend this place! “We had an amazing time at Carbon on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was pretty empty, so we got all the attention!
We decided to share all the dishes - caviar, wagyu, caesar salad, and steak frites. Everything was cooked perfectly, although I wish they were a bit more generous with the caviar.
The service was top-notch. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing, and the manager came over to introduce himself and gave us some cake to celebrate our special occasion.
I would go back and try the seafood options next time! highly recommend.“
