“I was at the DeForest Culver in DeForest, WI, for a meet & greet date. The front end of the store where you ordered food was clean & orderly. Employees all had proper uniforms & were clean. The order taker was friendly & greeted us with a pleasant smile. Our food was ordered w/o incident. The soda fountain was clean, & all soda dispensers’ were in working order & clean. Ample lids & condiments were in their designation. Once again, clean & orderly. When the server was bringing our order out, it turned out to have the incorrect order number on it. After walking around trying to find our table, the server asked what we ordered? It was our food. The food was still hot & we enjoyed the meal. Four stars were given due to the mix up of the order number & delay of receiving our order.

The sitting area had several tables that were yet to be cleaned. As I was sitting down at a table, I noticed a special needs individual. He came out & started to clean off the table & sweep the floor. He was also talking to himself loudly.The individual would come up on our table with the broom where we would have to lift our feet due to the broom being taken under our feet. He was also talking to himself; of which, we didn’t care until it was vocalized quite loud right beside us. This, would interfere in our conversation(s). He made it a point to stay & clean right next to us. Very distracting. This is why I gave the “Atmosphere,”three stars.

To sum up our visit, the meals came out suitable, even with the incorrect order number; of course, fresh.The distraction of the employee in the seating area was a bit hindering. I wouldn’t expect it any other way from Culver’s. All-in-all, the meet & great, the food turned out good & a clean Culver’s made an excellent evening. I would highly recommend the DeForest Culver’s. “We got crumbl cookies for our wedding and they were delicious!!! We’re so happy we went with crumbl overall! Their communication trying to set up the order with the catering team at this location was a little stressful due to miscommunication, though.“

“Dairy Queen! I love your ice cream and it makes me personally happy to see that you’re employing teenage kids! In looking at the previous reviews, It is a bit shocking to me how many people come here to complain about service. Good grief! I hope they at least ask for a bit more of something (more carmel or strawberry juice- whatever) instead of coming here to complain. Nevertheless, always grateful for ice cream and Orange Julius in the heat of summer. It’s always tasty! Plus, it makes me smile and so happy to see all the young people you employ! “I've been a long time customer here (15+ years). Besides the beauty of mixing Gelato with espresso (order the Javalatto people), my favorite thing is the environment. I love seeing the long term staff, and the owner, who I've seen throughout my time as a customer. Most of all, I love that they ALWAYS make me happier, especially on days I'm having those rough mornings. I really try to go in on those days I know are gonna be long. Between my delicious caffeine boost, and their warm welcomes, they always start my morning off better. Thank-you to Renee and all of the Java Cat staff for the morning pick me ups.“

“You can usually count on Culver's and the worst I can say is that I got a burger quickly thrown together, barely wrapped, with the wrong add-on during a snow storm once. The fact that people showed up to work and there were still a fair amount of customers says something. The service is spotty, people often complain about the parking lots and I don't care for the atmosohere inside, but it could depend on where you go and how young you are.“

“I had just got off work & stopped by Culver’s on my way home to get something to-go. I was putting stuff away in my backpack & Lynette was incredibly nice & told me I could’ve did that on the counter instead of the floor. I was about to leave without a frozen custard, but she reminded me & offered to make me one fresh rather than me getting it out the freezer since she said they’ve been there from the time she made them at 9am. The custard tasted great along with the rest of my food“

“Culver's. We enjoy it. It's fast. More clean than a fast food place... Even though it's technically fast food as well. This place was generally the same.

Temp was set a bit cool for mid May. But if that's our biggest beef, they did a pretty good job“

“The food was pretty good, and the service was fast and efficient. However, I wasn’t thrilled with how my cheese curds were handled. My entire order ended up at the bottom of the bag, which made me feel like more care could have been taken in packaging the food. It’s a small detail, but it does need to be addressed.“
