“It has been a very long time since I have experienced a superb restaurant serving exotic Nepalese dishes. Sometimes memories are hard to compete with. Most actual dishes just do not dance on your palate the same way you remembered them. Surprised to hear that Cafe Everest was so close to my travel area, I decided to give them a try. I had little in expectations as the blending of spices is a delicate formula and many have tried but none came close to my memories. Each bite led me to another, the spices brought me back to the same conclusions after each and every bite "oh this is good it is really good. I was and am delighted. Everest Cafe you found a devoted customer. "Hmmmm this is good this is really good!"“

“This family-owned Chinese restaurant is amazing! I ordered the chicken fried rice and chicken dumplings. The fried rice was served warm and was perfectly balanced. It was golden-brown, savory, and flavor-packed. I couldn't resist it! The dumplings were excellent as well. They were very savory and were truly mouthwatering.
The environment of the store is very nice as well. It's a chill place that's not too loud and is decorated in nicely. The employees are very kind and friendly, and the owners are great people as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area looking for some authentic, delicious Chinese food.“

“I came across Wok 2 Go about 4 years ago and have gotten Chinese take out here exclusively since then. I often get lunch here (excellent Kung Pao Chicken) and place big orders for family takeout night. The food is always freshly made, in generous portions and made very quickly. Yum Yum!“

Rice noodle special was flavorful & fresh.
Noodles with pork and peppers was very tasty. Lots off garlic.
The prices are a little higher than normal for Asian food. No lunch menu available.

“Sunday night we were the only patrons at 5:45. But boy it was incredible dumplings. The place should have been packed.

We had six different types of dumplings. I can’t remember what they all were but they were all good.

Service was fast attentive and courteous. Then again we were it.

“I've had a few items from their menu and I haven't liked anything but the Roast Pork Fried Rice. I can't Get enough of this stuff. It's so much like Wong's Wok, roast pork fried rice from the specialty menu. I thought I'd never get to eat anything even close again since Wing's Wok closed.

“At the strong recommendation of a friend, I had dinner at China Gourmet near the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. Really tasty and authentic Chinese food which is very reasonably priced. The owner is courteous and enjoyable to speak with. Will definitely come back to dine at China Gourmet again.“

“I have ordered from No. 1 Chinese Restaurant several times. Years ago, I thought their quality was so-so. Lately, they've been excellent. I like my Chinese takeout to be fresh, not-gloppy, with crisp vegetables and flavorful, but not too salty. I don't think they use MSG. More recently, I have ordered from their food through Grub Hub. Unfortunately, the last time Grub Hub screwed up and brought me the wrong order. It wasn't No 1's fault. I called No 1. and they sent the correct order, at their own expense. “The exterior is so unassuming, boasting of red glass tiles and no windows. However, when you step inside, you are transported into a Cantonese inspired eatery. The ceiling tile was nicely arranged, and the seating and decor ties everything together beautifully. I noticed that each table was extendable in some way which I thought was really cool. I’m sure the functionality makes for great transitions when serving large parties.
As we sat down, we were greeted by two hosts, who provided wonderful service throughout our dinner. The young lady turned the channel to a Disney movie for our little ones, which really helped to curve their anxiousness while waiting.
I ordered the General Tso’s dinner which I finished in the restaurant, my mom and the littles ordered orange chicken, shrimp fried rice, cabbage, crab Rangoon and dumplings. The kids and I enjoyed our food, my mom felt more meh about the flavor.

Personally, I’ll go back. They stated they’re working on their liquor license so soon cocktails will be added to the menu which is an added bonus for a night out.“

“Quick, delicious, plentiful Chinese food. You get two entrees and a rice or noodle side for $8.95. The styrofoam container is packed! I usually make two meals out of one order. Currently there is only take out. We’ve gone early, mid day and in the evening. It’s always hot and tasty. Not dried out. It’s become our favorite place for reliable Chinese takeout.“

“We ordered 2 orders of chicken and snow peas dinners, and 2 orders of pork egg foo young. Our food today was SUPERB. Everything was Hot, and well packaged. The delivery time was exactly 35 minutes. We have ordered from here occasionally in the past, and a few times the food has just been mediocre. The dinners came with fried rice that was excellent, a BIG portion of soup that was tasty and an egg roll. I have read a lot of so so reviews of this establishment, but we were so impressed with our food today, that I really felt I needed to write a review and let them know how much we enjoyed our food and service today. “I’ve always had good dinners from here. This time I tried the bourbon chicken. Great flavor with lots of broccoli and mushrooms. The large size easily is enough for 2 or to have leftovers. We picked it up and went to Lion’s Tail to enjoy a beer along with it.“

“I usually order the Crab Rangoon & the Large Shrimp Fried Rice. Both are an excellent amount for the price & almost always cooked to perfection. Not all restaurants do Rangoon right. I have to say, they have some of the best. It isn’t overly crispy & filled with a good amount of filling. I’ve never received a dish that wasn’t delicious....
Update: I haven't been there for a good minute. The last two times the chicken was so hard and brittle. I don't know if they were trying to cut costs but it shows. It might be better now but I haven't been willing to try..“
