“Back in March, of this year, with one day to go visiting family in Grafton, we happened upon Port Washington’s Toucan Restaurant. We wished we had discovered Toucan much sooner. Come April, we managed to stop in four times! What a pleasure! The food and custard offerings are excellent and the prices highly competitive. “Sul” is a great chef in preparing both Middle East and American taste delights. Jackie, among her other duties, is a most cordial hostess. With no disrespect intended for the other more well known custard venues in the area, Toucan and their unique custard creations, in our opinion, surpass them. And the young folks employed at the facility are really kind and helpful. Even the atmosphere is such that we noticed customers seem to enjoy chatting with strangers to the area like us. “As far as fast food chains, which I typically do not eat at, Culver's tops them all. The only one that comes close in Chic-fil-a. The cheese curds are a must and can be substituted for your fries. I have never have had a richer chocolate frozen custard then here. Also, they have a frozen custard flavor of the day that keeps you coming back day after day! Two thumbs up!“

“Nathan and Hunter are awesome here they gave us delicious hot fresh honey barbecue chicken tenders with hot fresh fries and delicious buttery toast with a beautiful sundae with Cool Whip. We just left the window. You must try the food here. It’s awesome. Ask for Nathan or Hunter. they are so polite, respectful, and they make you laugh.“

“came through the drive thru and was told to park and wait with a number, which is pretty normal for culvers. after waiting for a while (10-15ish mins) & seeing other cars come and go my boyfriend decided to go inside to check on the order. he found out it got lost somehow, but the guy working the counter was extremely sympathetic and kind about it. he made sure we got our order as quickly as possible and gave us a few coupons for the trouble. mistakes happen, but great customer service really does make up for it. he didn’t catch the employee’s name, but said that he was blonde— this was sun 11/3 around 6pm.“
