“12/18/25 First time back since new owners and it was fantastic! Our waitress Eva told us it was a brand new chef that cooked our steaks and they were excellent! Cooked to perfection and the tastiest filet and NY pepper/garlic strip ever! Superb 5 star service (ask for EVA!) Wonderful cozy atmosphere, and watching the turkey and deer right outside the window was amazing! Going back to try the fishfry!“

“I live on the far south east corner of Milwaukee County, and I am always on the lookout for a great burger. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Sweet Dreams in Hartford, I have made the drive five times since finding this hamburger stand earlier in the summer, the burgers are that good. And the best news, last time we were there we were told they are planing on being open this winter. If you’re looking for a great burger, amazing fall colors a great staff to take your order. I can’t recommend Sweet Dreams enough.“

“Can't speak to the other reviews. Staff are friendly, food is excellent, service was quick. We have been trying to find great fish frys around the area, and this is one of the best. The pieces are thick, soft but don't crumble apart and the tartar sauce has a great homemade flavor you don't find in a lot of places. Potato pancakes are THE best we have come across. Seasoned perfect with that onion/chive taste but eat like a great hashbrown. Colesaw was a light white dressing with a lemon/vinegary taste.

Well worth the visit. We look forward to coming back other nights to try the rest of their menu.

“Sawmill is one of my all time favorite places to come after church. The food is always amazing, the holiday decor is wonderful and is always a great experience, until today... Unfortunately, the waitress "T" was absolutely awful, she was rude and should really find a new profession not dealing with people. I would hope it was just a bad day for her, but she ruined our experience. We have never left a $0 tip and that should tell management that she needs a chat. Still great food and atmosphere. We'll be back, but will not ever have her again! God Bless Oh and a different waitress had a packer shirt that says "I love it when he goes deep". I'm not a prude, but seriously so inappropriate for a restaurant to allow that!“

“Culvers is a great place to stop for some custard. I have to give kudos to the guy at the drive through taking our order. We ordered pints of custard to go. He pointed out that if we order on more pint we would save a fair amount of money. He didn't have to do it, but because he pointed it out, we ordered more and was able to save some cash-something we all want/need to do these days. Thanks to the drive though guy at the Culvers on Grandview in Waukesha!“

I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. One of the best cocktails I’ve ever had anywhere. Then we had the pretzel crusted cheese curds and jumbo wings as apps. There wasn’t anything jumbo about the wings, but both apps were good. I had the pork schnitzel with spatzel and my husband the pork belly topped burger with fries. Phenomenal!!! Our server, Heather, was super friendly, fast and complimentary. I’ll ask for her again next time!“

Karaoke on Friday nights pulls in a crowd, and is entertaining most times. There is a enclosed outdoor smoking lounge area that has heat and seating which is a nice feature if you are a smoker. Overall a comfortable place to relax and have a few drinks.“

“This is a spot my family and I frequent quite often. We love the atmosphere and especially the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming and make us feel at home. It is like one big family there, they remember you and always make you feel special. The food is terrific! We love the Friday fish fry with potato pancakes and their clam chowder is delicious! My son is crazy about the Mac and cheese. Their burgers are great as well and they have a special on Thursdays and they are only $8.95. (They even have gluten free buns if you prefer that!) A great choice of pastas, salads, beef, pork, chicken, seafood, pizza and deserts. Full choice of beverages with a great wine list and a surprisingly inexpensive evening!
