“Best BBQ Around! I love stopping in at Redline and talking with the owners everytime I come in to town to visit family. Mitch and Carolyn are very friendly and are amazing at what they do! I recommend redline to everyone I know to always stop in and try it out. I highly recommend the nachos with brisket if you love nachos. I also recommend the brisket and Mac n cheese bowl and the ribs! Keep up they great work you both! “I got a full rack of ribs (I took half home for another day). My opinion is that if ribs are actually good, they don't need sauce. These fit that standard. Very good. I like a bit more smoke flavor, but know that can vary quite a bit even with a consistent smoking "plan". Sides were excellent and pretty large portions. I would return the next time I'm in the area.“
