“My fries were kind of stale and cold. Same for the tender in my snack wrap. If it was fresher it would be great because the fries were perfectly salted and the wrap had the perfect amount of condiments. I think I'll stick to the McDonald's on Ballard or West College in Appleton because the food is fresh everytime. The staff were very kind though. But maybe they could not be goofing off in the back and pay attention to food quality and cleaning.“

“I’ve been going here since the old location. I usually get Heather and Papito around the times I go. Food is always quick, conversations great and always jokes to be had. My favorite burger (the only one I get and made into a turkey version) the raging Cajun is no longer on the menu, but they know that’s my same order with a side of Cajun/BBQ fries. The other servers I’ve had over the last couple summers as well have all been great as well. Cheers!“

“This is my all time favorite restaurant! I absolutely love the staff, each one is honestly like a friend to me. I look forward to saying hi and checking in with the staff just as much as i look forward to the yummy breakfast. The pancakes (!) best ever. Hands down. No other place even comes close for me. They are made from scratch with love. Such selection in their breakfast options and lunch offerings. Did I mention the pancakes?? 🤣 Mohnens is truly a well oiled machine, everyone works together to make it run so wonderfully and it shows! Just watch them as they work, it’s incredible. Clean, friendly outgoing staff, as a customer you are appreciated, your business matters, prices are very reasonable, all ages friendly, walker and wheelchair accessible, fancy foofy coffee drinks, delicious milkshakes and desserts too. Some times of the day are busier so you may have a wait time, but honestly I’d rather wait for the quality I know I will get. There is definitely a reason they get so busy!“

“The Richmond St. Taco John's is a landmark. So glad it's still there. But I have one criticism:
We go to Taco John's for nostalgia - tacos and 80s music! Where's the 80s? It can even be a mix of 80's and 90s, that's fine. Toss in a few modern tunes, that's cool, too.
But we want pop and rock music (emphasis on 80s) in our Taco John's! : )“

“Holy cow!!!! There was a dude at the window named Zander who absolutely made mine and my girlfriend’s night. We stopped in for a chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken nuggets she seems to like but what we walked away with was one of the funniest interactions I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant second to the time I was sitting at KFC when the cops came in and arrested the guy on the other side of the dining room lol. Disregard that last story. Zander deserves a raise or a management position. I would hire this guy for my business if he’d be open to it. Great work & hire more people like Zander. He’s what truly makes a place welcoming and special.“

“Went through the drive thru and I kept mistakingly saying barbecue chicken slider instead of buffalo chicken slider, but the man at the window was super understanding about and helped me figure it out and didn’t make me feel stupid, great attitude. Then I ordered the steak nuggets and he recommended I try the steak nugget bowl (and it was amazing) . Then when the lady brought out our food to our car she had a great attitude and asked if we needed anything else. In a world where fast food service and hospitality is often very lacking, these people really made this trip a good experience :)“

“The food is good, the only complaint I have is when you order a gluten free bun with a sandwich, the bun comes packaged, cold, and its usually dry all as get out, and breaks apart when you bite into it. It would be nice to have a warm toasted and buttered bun to go along with their trademark butterburgers.“

“I just stopped at the Westhill Road Appleton, WI location, only ordered a Tominator sandwich only, no Mayo, no onions, heavy pickles and Bravo! This burger was delicious, first time ever made with lots of pickles the way I like it. Normally when I ask for heavy pickles, I get three extra slices. This burger was awesome!“

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 50 people. There was plenty of room for everyone & the buffet was always full. So many of the guests commented on how good the food was & how they have not been there in years. They will be back! The Kaukauna Pizza Hut is a hidden gem but I will recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to host a party.“
