“Very cute location with beautiful cakes, and a variety of other baked goods. The diverse flavors of macarons are delicious and super adorable. Donuts are light, sweet, and delicious. There is normally a line that goes out the door and I understand why. If there is no line, I recommend ordering as much as you can and enjoying it. Worth the stop and a wait in line.“

“My favorite steak in town…. “Steak au Poivre” can be found at this great French restaurant (French not not haughty) in Wauwatosa. Favorite steak as it tastes great, and presented well. Sliced on an angle and sauced with a red wine black peppercorn reduction, it has just enough char on the outside to balance the medium rare I love inside. Along with taste, I love that it comes with my fav vegetables-haricot vertes and absolutely perfect French fries! So unlike popular steak restaurants, at LaReve you get more than just meat for the list price! Yum + Yay! The desserts? They are as gorgeous as they are delicious! The case is filled with sweet perfection, each one more beautiful than the next! Just so hard to pick which on.! And the macrons are iconic-crisp outside and soft chewy inside, take a few home with you! But what a treat to find a Kir Royale on the menu last night at dinner before a show! I’m sure it’s a direct effect of Emily in Paris Season 3, but maybe I just never noticed it on the menu before! I served these for Christmas ten years ago and when I saw Emily working on an ad campaign, I just knew they’d start to show up on menus soon. Lucky me! Bon Appetite! This place is great for a girls lunch or business lunch, A friends dinner or date night!“

“The brown butter dark chocolate mocha I recently had was easily the best espresso drink I have ever tasted. Super balanced between the espresso and flavoring and didn't have that grainy-textutre iced mochas sometimes have. I visit this area every few years and Stone Creek Coffee has been a must-go every time!“

And my favorite part of the Fiddle heads is the outdoor seating options open year round. I love that in the winter I can still enjoy the "outside" while cozy and warm!“

The staff is always friendly, greeting you with a “hello, welcome to crumbl!” Recently I went to a different location in Milwaukee and was disappointed I didn’t get the same welcome. I’ve come to really enjoy it. They always have multiple employees working and are VERY quick to get orders out. Even if they have to frost and top cookies, I’ve only waited a max of 5 mins for my order. The store spotless and you can tell each employee cares about their work. I have seen other locations online make terrible cookies that don’t look like the pictures. This location ALWAYS has their cookies coming out BETTER than the pictures advertised. I’ll keep coming back to enjoy the new flavors every week. And a huge thanks to the staff for always being on top of it!“

“I made the mistake of ordering cookies to be delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately DoorDash wasn’t helpful but the owner of this shop was amazing! She was kind, patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure the order made it to the right person. She offered me a refund which I told her was not necessary since it wasn’t her mistake and we came up with a solution that worked for both of us, she then hand delivered the cookies my friend! I was very impressed with her customer service and her genuine kindness. If you want to support a dessert shop - this is the one! Thank you so much.“

“Treats by Bernadette has the best food and bakery EVER!!! First, the restaurant is sooo clean which is a plus. Everything is homemade and prepared with a whole lotta’ love. The customer service is everything. You are always greeted with a smile. I gotta start with the delicious food. I had a dinner from their soul food Sunday. They had corned beef, oven roasted chicken and bbq spare rib dinners. I had the oven roasted chicken wings, dressing, cranberry sauce, macaroni and cheese, yams and collard greens. All I can say is OMG!!!! The food was outstanding. Everything was seasoned to perfection. I also had some of her banana pudding, lemon cookies and tasted her apple cheesecake. They offer dine in or carryout, with ample seating and a bar.Make sure you check this hidden gem out on your next visit to Cedarburg. You won't regret it.“

“A very unique atmosphere located in a historic former 1-Room School House. Smaller and cozy, it has limited table and counter-type seating; as well as a 3-couch w/2 end tables area. Good supply of outlets.Good essential Coffe & espresso drinks, along with some bakery goods. My banana muffin was great. My friend thought her cinnamon roll was a tad dry & old tasting. 2 of our coffees were great. I wasn’t too into my waffle latte…not sure the name matched what I was expecting, but it was acceptable.Our barista was a top notch server. Friendly & efficient. We also bumped into a local family visiting and enjoyed some great conversation.It was too cold to do the outdoor seating, but that looked very inviting. May try that if we pass by in the warmer weather.“

“Ordered a 4-pack. It seems I got there at a busy time, with 5-6 other orders being filled ahead of mine and only two gals working (but working pretty diligently!). After I was waiting about 7 minutes or so, we were informed that those of us waiting on one of my selected flavors would have about a 20 minute wait for more to be baked, or we could select a different flavor. My backup flavor ... sold out during the time that I was in the store waiting for my order! Fortunately my order already had one of those placed in my box, or it would have been really disappointing to have to skip two flavors. I did substitute with something else for the brownie cookie just because I had people and groceries waiting in the car and couldn't hang out for 20 minutes. We've only sampled two of the flavors so far but they have both been really yummy! It might be nice to have a few benches or chairs in the shop for customers while they are waiting, especially for anyone with a mobility/medical issue.“

It's a delicious combination that hits the spot every time. I enjoy their indoor environment when it's not too crowded otherwise it can get a bit noisy. Their outdoor seating in the warmer months makes for a great setting to enjoy a nice meal, a cup of coffee, and the warm weather. “Place can be a bit cramped when busy as it wasn't purposely built as a coffee shop but rather an old house that's now a coffee shop. The service is usually pretty good and the wait isn't always bad but has been a little touch and go. They have a zillion flavor syrups and list like 5 so I would love to see a better menu on that if possible. Food is good but this place is very meat and cheese forward. Very few option if your not wanting meat and or cheese. Definitely a cozy little spot and a great patio but I just like it, don't love it ‍“

“I wrote a review over a year ago and for some reason, it's not longer showing so I am posting again!The team at DD is so stinkin’ adorable. My mom has been ordering specialty cupcakes for birthdays, graduations, etc., for as long as I can remember. It’s the only place I want my cakes from. I don’t like frosting but they have the MOST DELICIOUS buttercream frosting they use. Jennifer was so creative when designing our cake. She seemed really excited and had a lot of good ideas! That made the experience feel extra special. She gave us some cake samples to take home which was very generous. We gave them less than a month’s turnaround time for a 150 person wedding and they didn’t even sweat it! We got a two-tier and sheet cake (based on their recommendation) of the red velvet with vanilla buttercream. I’m so glad we saved the top tier for ourselves because that cake was to die for. 11/10 will recommend to all!“
