“It was my first time ordering from here or any Cousins Subs and it was a great experience! The Cashier was very helpful! I ended up ordering a Philly Steak with added tomatoes on the grill with cheese curds. The sub was good but the cheese curds were fantastic! They have the best cheese curds ? They are similar to the cheese curds I had at a hockey game one time.“

2 stars 6 years ago: Worst experience with JJ..we were running late, so I prepaid on a preorder as a passenger in the car. We ran in to get our 2 subs, they weren't done! We waited behind 2 people ordering food; after they ordered, the girl at the counter pointed, over there, for pickup. We walked to the end of the counter, the sandwiches were passed to the front...we started walking back to the front while they were passed back to the back...annoyed.“

Some places have one sandwich I like but this place has a few and they always bring limited time sandwiches worth trying. They have great soups, chicken wild rice is my goto but beer cheese and cheddar broccoli soup are great when I'm in the mood for it. That soft and tasty piece of bread you get on top of your sandwich is always great to dip in your soup or just eat by itself. This will always be my goto for subs.“

“My kids and I stopped in there this late morning to get lunch before heading back to school after their dentist appointments! Mitchell was working and he was the only employee working at the time and we ordered 4 footlongs and while we were there 2 people were behind us and 1 was in the drive through. Mitchell was awesome he didn't seem irritated about the 4 subs we ordered and he was very speedy and got our subs made just right!! Good employees like him make costumers return!! Thank you!“

The place is very clean and the sandwiches are good, something important is that they are cold, they don't put them in the oven, but you don't need it because they are very delicious.“

“I called a day in advance to order 20 sub boxes for our baseball team as we had a double header nearby the next day. The manager was very helpful and kind. They had my order ready on time and even carried it out to my car for me. Would highly recommend this location!“

“Typically frequent this Subway vs another not too far away for several reasons: 1) The staff is always friendly and personable 2) Never been disappointed with my sandwich/order. 3) At checkout, they always let me know if I have a reward on my Subway card. Most places won't; you have to ask. 4) The are very conscious about masks, social distancing and cleanliness. This is quite different from another Subway in the area which didn't enforce masks (including their staff) plus I saw an associate at that shop come in for her shift and never wash her hands. 5) They take pride in their shop as evidenced by the remodeling they did late last year. it made a world of difference and really brightened up the place.“

“The store was completely void of people. As with most of the subways, that I have been to, they are always pushing you with questions on what you want. When you haven't been in a store for a while, it takes time to review the rather large menu boards up behind the counter, as they have changed their appearance and corporate must have had some idea what they were going for, with all the colors and sizes of letters, and I just makes it harder to find and identify what you want or might like to try. I much prefer the KISS principle. That's why I usually go to Jimmy John's, you give them a number and you can get the heck out of there.“

“I pick up an employee there and I got blocked in by a truck. Another employee decided to later harass me about how I handled the truck driver. I have to wake up to pick up this employee from your Jimmy John's. I work 10 hour days and i work at night. The employee that harassed me while I was driving was a guy named Cody at Jimmy John's in Appleton, Wisconsin at 345 College Ave. It took me 20 minutes to get around to the alley. When I got there I had to back out and drive around the the other entrance. I have been blocked in on both sides before. Not going to deal with that when there is a no parking in alley sign/do not block alley signs in that alley. The issue was dealt with and your driver, Cody, decided to come and add more crap to my day. I would like to thank Cody for upsetting me even more than that truck driver did. I gotta work an extra hour tonight so that will be 11 hours and I gotta be to work at midnight. I don't deliver sandwiches, I have a very physical job at an Amazon Warehouse. I don't deliver for Amazon, I work in the warehouse. Amazon warehouse workers work very hard and our bodies hurt after we are done with work. We /I don't need jerks acting a fool to us, especially when we are tired.“

“Definitely one of the better subway experiences I've had in a long time but i guess i normally frequent one of the worst ones in the area 💀 did some research on nearby subways and this is definitely one of the better ones and the one in Walmart in Darboy is the lower end.
