“It was my first time ordering from here or any Cousins Subs and it was a great experience! The Cashier was very helpful! I ended up ordering a Philly Steak with added tomatoes on the grill with cheese curds. The sub was good but the cheese curds were fantastic! They have the best cheese curds ? They are similar to the cheese curds I had at a hockey game one time.“

I manage the “Johnny Vapes” store down the road from you guys, and I always place a mobile order in the morning before your store is opened up for the day. If I ordered from anywhere else, I’d expect it to get delivered by 11:30 or 12:00, but you guys manage to find a way to get it to me before your hours officially start! Talk about hard work, dedication, and kindness, you guys and gals are all three! Hope you all get raises and know that the whole “Johnny Vapes” crew appreciates all the hard work you all do.

Mitchell was working and he was the only employee working at the time and we ordered 4 footlongs and while we were there 2 people were behind us and 1 was in the drive through. Mitchell was awesome he didn't seem irritated about the 4 subs we ordered and he was very speedy and got our subs made just right!! Good employees like him make costumers return!! Thank you!“

“Jimmy John’s is pretty much the standard sub place that most people go to. Their subs are good, but the competition is really starting to pick up with other sub places that are catching up to Jimmy John’s with quality and speed. Jimmy John’s is ‘good’, but not great, but I do like their bread.“

“Stopped to get subs for the kids and they needed to use the bathroom. Somehow the lock on the door didn't work and the kids got locked in the restroom. A worker Cody grabbed a screwdriver and tried to open the door, but the lock malfunctioned. When my little girl started to cry, the worker didn't hesitate to brake the door to get them out and asked me to help. I'm grateful that this stranger cared enough to make sure they were safe. “The store was completely void of people. As with most of the subways, that I have been to, they are always pushing you with questions on what you want. When you haven't been in a store for a while, it takes time to review the rather large menu boards up behind the counter, as they have changed their appearance and corporate must have had some idea what they were going for, with all the colors and sizes of letters, and I just makes it harder to find and identify what you want or might like to try.
