“This is a great place to get food if you’re in a rush or just don’t want to cook. The food is amazing and the variety of ingredients they have is phenomenal. In my experience it has to be 5 stars. All the things are great and the people there are always kind to me. There’s a specific one that I want to shout out to. His name is Tristen and he was a great guy. He works hard every day and has a very nice personality. His service will impact the entire restaurant and I hope he does well. Overall, great place, totally recommend if you are in or are passing by Oregon.

“This was my first time ordering from this Jersey Mike's. I arrived on a busy Sunday around lunch time. I want to give a special shoutout to Sara who took and made my family's order. With a long line from a busy lunch rush Sara was flawless. Her fantastic attitude instantly improved my mood! She was talking, laughing and carrying on with customers while we waited and all the while diligently making multiple orders from memory . I have to say as a person who works in customer service myself (GM at a hotel group) this was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in quite some time even when faced with a large task of orders and quite a few people. Sara you keep rocking that awesome outlook on life, I want you to know it certainly did not go unnoticed!! This location is lucky to have Sara and because of her I will certainly be back. “I stopped in on 8/3 and needed six foot-long subs made. The two people working did a fantastic job with my order, making everything "just right". When I got home later (I live out-of-town from there), I noticed they only charged me for five subs. When I called today to ask to pay for the sixth, the employee told me not to worry about it, as it was their mistake.
It was refreshing to be served by two teenagers who provided such great service at the store, and to be treated so well on the phone today.“

“I placed a delivery order around 11 am today and learned that sometimes JJ has to go through a 3rd party delivery service. After about an hour it still showed that the food was waiting to be picked up, so I called the store. The employee who answered was very nice, and said they just remade my sandwich due to the 3rd party taking so long, and had already refunded my order. I'm about 5 minutes away and offered to just come pick up the sandwich. Not only was their new toasted sub still warm, they even gave me an additional free sandwich coupon. I'll likely stick to pick up only in the future since I'm not a huge fan of DD/UE.“
