I had to change pick up time and there was no problem. The staff was happy to accommodate. The order was just being finished at our pick up time. Everything was hot and delicious! “Wonderful Experience! I ordered online 60 subs for a party to be ready for pickup Sat AM at 10:15 AM. I did receive a confirmation email that they had received my order.I did call to check on the order the next day and was told yes, they had my order and it would be ready on Saturday for pickup.The entire order was ready to go when we arrived and each sub was clearly labeled. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism of this establishment and will definitely use them again.

Dietary restrictions: We did have guests who had gluten issues and we were able to order Jimmy John's bread free options to satisfy their needs.“

“I was in this last Tuesday for lunch and the manager (I believe she said told me her name was Tina or Tiffany) she was doing lunch on her own! I want to add she got me in and out fast as well as the other customers I observed in line too. Hat's off to this lady she gave great service, very friendly and smiley even though she was extremely busy. The store was clean and food was great. I will be returning.“

“Due to their location, I doubt this place is ever overwhelmingly busy. I was greeted as I entered the store by who I assumed to be the owner / operator. He and the female employee with him were very pleasant, and had my food ready to go in less than 5 minutes! Delicious sub sandwich! Pleasant atmosphere, clean store too!“
