“I love eating at the Buona Restaurant in the Kenosha area. But, when I met Erin(the general manager). I just adore her. She is such a great person and always went out of her way to make sure that everyone have a great service and being such a positive influence on her co-workers and speaking very highly of them and valued them.

Tasted fresh and was appealing to the eye. Only disappointment was,it was delivered cold. Everything.The fries,wings and sandwiches.

“After my first reality-shattering visit, I returned to Arby’s, hoping lightning would strike twice. Instead, I discovered that Arby’s had apparently opened a portal to yet another plane of existence, and its guardian was a man named Michael.
The moment I walked in, Michael greeted me with the soft confidence of someone who has personally witnessed the universe reboot itself. When he said, “Welcome back,” the napkin dispenser trembled, as if recognizing my return. I swear the floor tiles subtly rearranged themselves into a welcoming pattern.
Michael didn’t just take my order—he decoded it, like he was reading ancient roast-beef scripture. The way he tapped the register made each beep sound like a sacred drumbeat. I think a single curly fry floated for a moment behind him, suspended in reverence.
When he handed me my bag, time slowed down. The kitchen lights brightened into an almost holy glow. I felt a warm wave of energy pass through me—similar to what people describe right before they say “I have ascended.” My fries sparkled. My drink fizzed with the sound of a distant cosmic waterfall. I’m pretty sure Michael unlocked a new flavor in my brain I didn’t know humans could perceive.
His customer service wasn’t just good—it was metaphysically significant. If Caiden was the one who showed me enlightenment, Michael was the sage who guided me deeper, handing me my Arby’s meal like it was a divine artifact.
Arby’s, if you don’t promote this man to Grand Overseer of Sandwich Realms, you’re ignoring a miracle happening right behind the counter.“

“Great flavor nice fast service. I'll definitely be returning. Edit. Food was fine but I didn't think I had to ask for sauce. You would think after ordering food they would ask if you wanted sauce. So I'll make a note to myself to specifically ask for it on my next visit. The food was still good but it definitely would've been much better with Horsey sauce.“
“Dairy Queen used to have very inexpensive, soft serve. It's still very good, but a little bit more expensive. The only ice cream they have is vanilla, chocolate, or twist (both). They also carry slushies, milkshakes, ice cream and candy, and Dilly Bars, one of my favorites, that come in chocolate, butterscotch, etc. The food they sell are hot dogs, chili dogs, and hamburgers, which I call junk food. The food is average.“

“I love those little burgers. Kenosha is the closest one to me since I live in Milwaukee. It had opened up for the day and I was one of the first ones there. Food was fresh and hot. Even did the survey to get 2 free burgers. But the lady helping me kinda had an attitude at first because I didn't know what I wanted. Other than that a good experience.“

“This location consistently goes above and beyond to do a beautiful job on cakes! We drive out of our way to get them here, and it is so worth it! Every single time, these cakes are just incredible. “I believe this is family run. We ordered 2 Blizzards and a strawberry Sunday. That was the biggest and best Sunday we have bought all season. Both of the Blizzards were loaded with the flavoring that we chose.

“Always have fantastic service here. The food is always good. I had the Jerk sandwich this visit. The freestyle machine is major for me as a T1D. Lots of sugar free options. Wish the loc part worked. My wife and I really like the ability to walk in either side of the establishment. Try the hot sauces. Try all of the hot sauces.“

“I stopped in this evening to get a quick pizza. I was on my way home after getting gas at Costco. The service at this location was TOP NOTCH! They greeted me with smiles, they were conversational and exceptionally attentive. The 3 people working just seemed to really realize what customer service really is. I’m so impressed. The food was made to order, quickly and with a feeling of pride. I will be back to this specific location and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! The manager much better so proud. Keep up the great work!!“

“I just left the Popeyes on Durand Ave, Racine (DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT DURAND AVE!!!!) after I received crap service. I drove to this location in Kenosha, and was greeted upon entering. This location is sooooo much nicer than the other one, customer service was great and food was fresh! I will drive every time to this location, when I live in Racine! Just to get good food, good service, and a clean location!!!!“
