“I would like to give appreciation to the staff working at the Sussex location at 1pm today. I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. If there’s any type of reward or something that even I can do to show my appreciation I would love to know! Thanks so much as always!!!!!“

“Worst service I have ever had. Kiosk was out of paper. Ended up ordering twice. Found out later charge went through, $50 plus bill. Never got the first order. Told manager. Said she was too busy. If your going to use kiosk, you better provide customer with a receipt.“

“We had a buffet lunch at Bullwinkle’s May 2, 2025, to celebrate my wife’s life. There were about 60 guests. Everything was excellent! It was more than expected. The food choices were great and the meal was outstanding. Management and staff treated us like members of their own families. They were not intrusive or hovering and provided loving care for this special occasion. They even allowed us to bring specialty desserts, for which they provided plates, utensils and carry-out containers. It was very reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I am posting this on several websites. In addition to all the superlatives above, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars – higher! Did I say exemplary? Most highly recommended. “So got to share this I had used a delivery service to order food from Sweet Dreams yesterday. Anyway somehow through the process things got messed up and I didn't get everything I ordered. I had ordered a few extra things cause my birthday is coming up this month and I love their food
Anyway I was very disappointed and a bit upset. So I messaged both the delivery service and Sweet Dreams, not really expecting to hear back. I didn't want anything but hoped that Amy telling would make them aware, so these issues could save others from having to go through it. And as expected delivery service did not respond. And to my surprise Sweet Dreams did and more surprise I received my meal and extra.
So even though I already brag the place up to family, friends, and new people.
Now I want the world to know how wonderful the people at Sweet Dreams and the food is great, especially onion rings and mushrooms.

“Even though the place was pretty much empty, I waited about 12 minutes for my burger (it tasted great) the Cajun fries were horrible, it felt like eating a handful of salt. The burger was awesome though and the employees were nice people as well.“

“First time here at the new location. I have been to Caribou Coffees before, but mainly in Minneapolis. I liked the inside lay out. Different areas for seating, and a well defined area for ordering. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I was interested in a special London Fog Latte. They did their best, but don't have Lavender Syrup. The drink could have used more foam (which I asked for), and was just "okay".

We sat outside on the patio. Unfortunately, it's pretty close to Capitol Drive which was busy and noisy.

There are plenty of other coffee shop choices that are better than this one.“

“This was the first time I ever ate at a Shake Shack and it was fantastic! Where I live we don't have one and after eating there I wish we did. Their food was good. From here on our if I ever make it back to that town I am stopping at least twice while I'm there. The food was that good.“

“Drove here to New Berlin, even though I live a minute away from the West Allis one (but they ALWAYS make the food wrong). The man in the drive thru, Marcus, was so polite and attentive. Even though I had screaming kids in the car, he gave them all crowns and had the utmost patience. Thanks for making our day better, Marcus. Your kindness is appreciated.“

“Had a wonderful time tonight at Mr. Bruce taphouse in Menomonee Falls went in there with no reservation. The place was jumping. My friends band is playing and I wanted to get a seat to band. There was nothing available but the owner Greg graciously offered us succeeded at his table with his friends, which was just a wonderful, wonderful gesture that Not many people would ever do. We had a awesome manager Rachel. We had a wonderful little server. that was, I can’t remember her name, but she’s cute as a newborn puppy and we had awesome food but the thing that really amaze me was the graciousness of Greg the owner and I can’t recommend a brewhouse enough. I will definitely be back there.“

“My wife and I really like this place. We live by the Lake, but have a lunch there every time we are in the area. The quality and variety of food is remarkable. Great assortment of beer, very nice atmosphere. It looks like the locals come to this restaurant often to celebrate or simply gather to enjoy a good, family time.“

“Every covers I ever go to in the inner city is very stingy with their toppings on ice cream. Customer service sucks. They always have an attitude if you don’t like your job don’t work here. “I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“This is a spot my family and I frequent quite often. We love the atmosphere and especially the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming and make us feel at home. It is like one big family there, they remember you and always make you feel special. The food is terrific! We love the Friday fish fry with potato pancakes and their clam chowder is delicious! My son is crazy about the Mac and cheese. Their burgers are great as well and they have a special on Thursdays and they are only $8.95. (They even have gluten free buns if you prefer that!) They have wing nights on Tuesdays and bingo every other week which is always fun. 10/10 would recommend!!!“

My girlfriend and I have been coming to this spot for awhile now, and it is our go-to place for food whenever we are out and about!

“Stopped in for a soft serve with chocolate coating. Got served right away, with two well filled cones.

The place was clean, and well maintained. The staff were efficient, but not necessary that friendly.

The booth were clean and and in good shape.

“We go here at least once a week. The food has always been very good. Yesterday when we stopped Omar was our waiter, he's very attentive and caring. Definitely would recommend.“
