“I would like to give appreciation to the staff working at the Sussex location at 1pm today. I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. If there’s any type of reward or something that even I can do to show my appreciation I would love to know! Thanks so much as always!!!!!“

“Worst service I have ever had. Kiosk was out of paper. Ended up ordering twice. Found out later charge went through, $50 plus bill. Never got the first order. Told manager. Said she was too busy. If your going to use kiosk, you better provide customer with a receipt.“

“I live on the far south east corner of Milwaukee County, and I am always on the lookout for a great burger. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Sweet Dreams in Hartford, I have made the drive five times since finding this hamburger stand earlier in the summer, the burgers are that good. And the best news, last time we were there we were told they are planing on being open this winter. If you’re looking for a great burger, amazing fall colors a great staff to take your order. I can’t recommend Sweet Dreams enough.“

“We had a buffet lunch at Bullwinkle’s May 2, 2025, to celebrate my wife’s life. There were about 60 guests. Everything was excellent! It was more than expected. The food choices were great and the meal was outstanding. Management and staff treated us like members of their own families. They were not intrusive or hovering and provided loving care for this special occasion. They even allowed us to bring specialty desserts, for which they provided plates, utensils and carry-out containers. It was very reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I am posting this on several websites. In addition to all the superlatives above, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars – higher! Did I say exemplary? Most highly recommended. “Had a cheeseburger and fries plus classic Bloody Mary which was pretty good Plate burger and fries came on was too small so juice from pickles kinda saturated the bun. Ordered medium done for meat but pretty much raw. Maybe that was my fault and should of ordered med well? Liked the fries a lot as not too salty. Service was GREAT! Somehow my wallet came out of my pants pocket and must've fell on chair seat. When we'd left, server tried tracking us down but we were already on our way. I realized it wasn't on me when I got home so called. They had retrieved it and put it in a safe place until my son picked it up the next am. Honesty and integrity those workers have there. God bless them! ❤“

“My husband and I haven’t had Webb’s in more than a few years after moving out of the area. We found ourselves in Milwaukee and noticed this location was one that was open so we took the little drive out to sunny slope. Monica was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She introduced herself by name right away, shared all of the soups and specials with us, engaged with us while we ate, offered us dessert, and more all while working with other tables. I was very impressed by her and was super grateful for this experience at a Webb’s again after many years. The burgers were great, as usual, and so was the soup. Thank you, Monica and George Webb for a great night!“

“I forgot my wallet at home and Joseph was a wonderful employee when I came back around with my wallet. He had my stuff all ready to go is all hot. The food was hot drinks or cold. and just a pleasant human being to deal with so Joseph was amazing. He also gave me a small discount even though it was my mistake and my fault so first time going to Caribou coffee definitely coming back because of Joseph.“

“Everything was made well and cooked perfectly. It was our first time trying the Shack chicken sandwich and it was seasoned just right, juicy and crispy. Also, tried the cheese fries. 😋 When we learned SS was out of the peppermint bark shake (how I don't know? Do you run out of peppermint?), the young lady at the counter was apologetic. I tried the sticker toffee and my granddaughter had a Christmas cookie shake. They were very tasty! Friendly faces were abundant, too. When we encounter that kind of service, we go back. 😃“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“This is a spot my family and I frequent quite often. We love the atmosphere and especially the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming and make us feel at home. It is like one big family there, they remember you and always make you feel special. The food is terrific! We love the Friday fish fry with potato pancakes and their clam chowder is delicious! My son is crazy about the Mac and cheese. Their burgers are great as well and they have a special on Thursdays and they are only $8.95. (They even have gluten free buns if you prefer that!) They have wing nights on Tuesdays and bingo every other week which is always fun. 10/10 would recommend!!!“
