“We were in the area and a hot and humid day DEFINITELY called for custard! Since we have not tried this location, it was an easy decision. While walking in, someone was carrying out onion rings - that made it onto my order because they looked great! The onion rings and curds were very good. The huge selection of custard was difficult to decide but we were able to finally narrow down our choices. The root beer float custard and cotton candy blend were good choices! The workers were very friendly even though it was very hot and they were pretty steady with customers. This place is worth a stop, and then go back again! Love the look of the place also.“

Lots of unique flavors my husband had the cinnamon ice cream and loved it I had something loaded with chocolate and it was amazing we definitely will be returning on our next vacation and will recommend to anyone in area. “I asked for a simple order. A medium chocolate ice cream dish. They gave me a small, and didn’t even fill it up all the way like Dairy Queen typically does. Dairy Queen is usually pretty generous with ice cream. Workers typically have no emotion, pretty dry with customers from my experience. I live very close to this place mind you, so I go here pretty frequently. The ice cream here is great though. And normally they don’t screw up my orders, especially when they are big but they need to find better workers who actually care a little more. The place is pretty old and small and I like it for a quick little dessert. There’s usually at least one person there who knows what they are doing. Great to get ice cream from, but watch out because they tend to screw up orders based on who is there.“

“My company placed a very large order with this location and then disaster struck! The order was delivered by DoorDash and the driver ended up DROPPING the entire order right outside of our doors, and NOT SAYING ANYTHING! I called the store and spoke to L and I was greeted with empathy and a quick solution. I was able to pick up an entire replacement for the order, and the entire team went above and beyond. “Went a few weeks ago after an afternoon of swimming. I didn't drive so I didn't have a maps reminder to review. ANYway...

Not our usual type of place, it was just for a quick bite after hanging at the pool, as B52 is fast food-ish. Certainly not a bad thing, just different for us. The interior is much like a fast food place with many model planes lining the walls.

Service can be difficult to rate as you order and pay at the counter, and receive a number to take to your table so the runner can find you to deliver your food. The girl at the counter was very friendly and answered questions about the extensive menu. However they don't seem to know the difference between batter and breading. I do not like battered onion rings so I always ask if they are battered or breaded before I order them. I was told they were breaded. Nope. What I received was battered.

Very curious variety of menu items for a place that would APPEAR to serve the standard fare. One of my friends had a Gyro and soup, the other had the Chicken Shish Kabob, and I had to have a Bacon Cheese Burger with Onion Rings (already talked about this). The burger was delicious. Cooked to my preference and a good size. You have to get your own condiments and carry out box for your leftovers as there is no table service other than the runner bringing your food.

I would not skip going here again as the food is VERY good.

Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian thing I saw on the menu was a vegetarian omelet.

Kid-friendliness: Even picky eaters will find something to eat if Moms and Dads want something a bit more than burgers and fries.“

“Best fast food restaurant in the area that consistently delivers good tasting food and quality customer service. Construction makes getting in and out of the parking lot a little dicey at times. Prices feel higher but everywhere seems to be expensive these days. Better to pay for quality and good service. Mushroom & swiss is my go-to but you can't really go wrong with anything on the menu. Culver's is doing it right.“

“Shout out to the amazing staff that worked last night! There was an event in Germantown that ended with a lot of families heading out for ice cream. About 30 minutes before closing the lobby of the restaurant was full! The staff was friendly and brought the food out fast. Everything was delicious! GREAT JOB by everyone!!!“

“So, for some reason, I've been having a taste for Culver's 3 Piece Fried Cod Dinner. I've ordered it like 4-5 times within the last 10 days. When they fry right (not undercooked or hard & overcooked) it's been perfect.But I need for Culver's should represent the fact that they have actual vegetables on their menu. So, my order now is "3-Piece Fried Cod Dinner with broccoli, mashed potatoes & a dinner roll. #filling“

“We come here regularly so I won’t bash the restaurant entirely BUT we came 35 mins before closing time and told that they were out of custard and didn’t have anything but chocolate I see in the winter where shutting down the machine early would be ok but now that it’s warmer this was unacceptable to not have custard at a custard shop when it 80 degrees at night. Talk to your night staff thanks.“
