“This place is one of our absolute go to places! We always get out crab boil spicy now and let me just say their sauce is to die for! Today we checked out the new location and it looks amazing and is much larger then the old place but still has amazing quality and great hospitality. Everyone who works there is very sweet. Keep up the great work!“

“All I have to say is WOW. From the absolutely divine food to the kind service every time we have ordered from here…… 10/10. If you like GREAT FOOD period you need to try!!! Won’t be disappointed 🩵 I get the Tortellini with chicken alla Toscana, hubby gets the chicken Alfredo, so fckin good!!!!! The soups, the salad (I think they make the Italian dressing in house) OBSESSED!!!! We’ve ordered twice in the past two days!!“

“The food here is exceptional, featuring beautifully cuts of fish and my favorite miso and Japanese salad. The quality ingredients and presentation are top-notch. However, the overall experience was disappointing.
The restaurant itself is in a state of disrepair. It’s run-down and not very clean. We arrived around 7 pm on a Saturday, we were seated in the far back corner, near the kitchen and bathroom. To our dismay, there was a cart of dirty dishes right next to our table, emitting a foul odor. It took about 10 minutes for the staff to remove it to the kitchen. Thankfully, we were about to leave when it was finally taken away.
The wait to place our order was another 15 minutes, and it took over an hour to receive our food. We were grateful that we weren’t in a hurry. Despite the long wait, the food was still worth it. However, with so many other great options available, we may have to wait a while before returning.
The bathrooms were also in a state of disrepair. There was plenty of street parking in the front and more in the back. The service was not as friendly and personable as we’ve experienced at other restaurants. We suspect that they were understaffed on the day of our visit.
Overall, this was our second visit to the restaurant, and while we will definitely return for the amazing food, we won’t be doing so anytime soon.“

“Y'all if you're looking for an authentic Italian dining experience, Zaza's Restaurant is an absolute hidden gem! 🍝 The portions are incredibly generous, and the flavors are out of this world. It's just a short 20-minute drive from our place, making it the perfect spot for a delicious meal. It's a local favorite, it’s only open on certain days, so plan accordingly!
