“The staff was really friendly. The subs were excellent tasting. Restaurant was clean. Definitely a more nostalgic location, lol. But even though it’s not updated, everything was functional. Only thing I’d like to see improved, is the staff paying better attention when we say things like “really easy on the onions.” They put a lot on when I asked for less of a topping. But that is not enough of a reason to stop going. Will definitely return to this location in the future.“

“Great Place for a burger. Even better for Gluten free people. You can have you burger in a lettuce wrap. A little sloppy but still good. My favorite is a burger in a bowl. French fries are Always the best. May seem pricey but not only worth it, where else can you get a fresh made to order burger and fries cheap.

“I would like to give appreciation to the staff working at the Sussex location at 1pm today. I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. If there’s any type of reward or something that even I can do to show my appreciation I would love to know! Thanks so much as always!!!!!“

“This is a really good Arby's. The food is always in my mind pretty much perfect. The manager is very involved and always asks what I'm waiting for when I go in after placing a mobile order. He always checks on customers that are in the restaurant to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate the attention he pays to what's going on in his restaurant.“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? “I come here regularly through the drive through and the food is always great, but don’t come if you are in a hurry… Wait times are regularly 10-20 minutes for drive through even with just one or 2 cars. I even waited 30 minutes once and they had to come outside to ask what i ordered… So now ya just make sure you don’t need to be anywhere, maybe bring a book and you’ll be fine.“

“You know, the hit has been a staple for me since I was a kid. And no matter how many years pass or where I go, pizza hut has consistently provided me with the most sumptuous pan pizzas in my life. I have been disappointed by pizza hit ZERO times in my life. it's not the most developed, nuanced flavor. but it is DELICIOUS, and they do what they do as well as anyone or better. it's delicious pizza, every way they slice it.

Tyler brought us our food and immediately my son dropped his hamburger. Without hesitation he went and got him another hamburger. He was patient and so kind with us.“
