“The staff was really friendly. The subs were excellent tasting. Restaurant was clean. Definitely a more nostalgic location, lol. But even though it’s not updated, everything was functional. Only thing I’d like to see improved, is the staff paying better attention when we say things like “really easy on the onions.” They put a lot on when I asked for less of a topping. But that is not enough of a reason to stop going. Will definitely return to this location in the future.“

“I would've taken pictures but the food didnt last long. It is delicious!!!! The staff greets everyone when they enter and exit and are so nice and friendly! Here's the most important thing to me they are clean!!!!! We even watched them pull out the fryer and scrub the walls behind it and clean the floors there too!!! They all took turns doing all different tasks, and really seemed like a team!!! The food was excellent the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was inviting, we will definitely be returning!!!!“

“This is a really good Arby's. The food is always in my mind pretty much perfect. The manager is very involved and always asks what I'm waiting for when I go in after placing a mobile order. He always checks on customers that are in the restaurant to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate the attention he pays to what's going on in his restaurant.“

“Great staff. Great food our burgers were made fresh and looked great tasted great. Most fast food restaurant staff don't care about the presentation but these guys did we liked it so much we went back through a second time. “Culvers is a great place to stop for some custard. I have to give kudos to the guy at the drive through taking our order. We ordered pints of custard to go. He pointed out that if we order on more pint we would save a fair amount of money. He didn't have to do it, but because he pointed it out, we ordered more and was able to save some cash-something we all want/need to do these days. Thanks to the drive though guy at the Culvers on Grandview in Waukesha!“

“This Culver’s always has amazing customer service and great fresh food!!!! Today we came through drive thru and they were trying out a new system, our order was missed because the kitchen was backed up. The manager on duty and everyone involved was so kind. They apologized, made our food fresh and brought out food coupons for future use! Noah brought out our food and was sweet and kind, apologized! Great customer service and best Culver’s ever :)“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“I come here regularly through the drive through and the food is always great, but don’t come if you are in a hurry… Wait times are regularly 10-20 minutes for drive through even with just one or 2 cars. I even waited 30 minutes once and they had to come outside to ask what i ordered… So now ya just make sure you don’t need to be anywhere, maybe bring a book and you’ll be fine.“

“I had an amazing experience at MOD Pizza! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. As for the 3 pizzas and 2 salads I had ordered they might have been the best pizzas and salads I’ve ever had.

What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. A worker named Sergio went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. He was friendly, patient, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers. Workers like Sergio are what make a place memorable—he’s a true asset to the MOD team.

“I would like to give appreciation to the staff working at the Sussex location at 1pm today. I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. If there’s any type of reward or something that even I can do to show my appreciation I would love to know! Thanks so much as always!!!!!“

“I would normally like the food and service, however, today both top buns of our burgers were so hard they were inedible. They could have been used as hockey puckz at the Olympics they were so hard.“

Parking: There is a lot to park in but the lot is shared with like 5 other businesses

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have handi cap parking. They also have wheel chair ramps

Dietary restrictions: You just tell them what you want on your sub and that's what you get on it“

“Had such a great experience my first time at this Pizza Hut. We were greeted and seated right away. I was impressed with how clean the place was. We did the lunch buffet, and all the food was great, including the different pizzas and pasta. Food at the buffet was being restocked regularly so I was never waiting for more food to come out. Our waitress was very friendly and checked on us regularly to see if we needed more soda or anything else. Overall I was so impressed and will definitely return!“

“We haven't been able to eat at George Webb since the Hartford location closed. Since we were in Oconomowoc we stopped for breakfast. What an amazing staff you have. “You know, the hit has been a staple for me since I was a kid. And no matter how many years pass or where I go, pizza hut has consistently provided me with the most sumptuous pan pizzas in my life. I have been disappointed by pizza hit ZERO times in my life. it's not the most developed, nuanced flavor. but it is DELICIOUS, and they do what they do as well as anyone or better. it's delicious pizza, every way they slice it.

“Pizza and Wings were delicious, ready when I stopped to pick it up. Only downside was the wing container, the sauce leaked out the edges and onto the seat of my car, so not anything to do with the staff and their work, so will definitely go here again.“
