You just have to stop at kopp's and have the best double cheeseburger and fried onions you've ever had in your entire life. You asked me how do I know? Because I've been coming here since the '70s and you know it's good when the grease is running down your face along with the onions and cheese. Note: The burger is the size of your face. Just saying. “Fantastic Popsicles and Pupsicles! Our 5 month pup loves them! Our favorite is Bluemoon. The people are always friendly and once we dropped our Popsicle right after purchasing and it shattered on the concrete, they gave us a replacement for free!“

“This is some of the best custard you’ll ever have. I have found all their flavors that I’ve tried so far to be amazing. I would recommend getting a dish and not a cone because this custard melts very quickly and makes an annoying mess. Eating out of a simple dish fixes that problem. Highly recommend coming here!“

“While visiting Milwaukee from Michigan, we have been trying to find a good local ice cream shop. We stumbled upon The Purple Door this evening, and the only thing I'm sad about is that tomorrow is our last day. The ice cream was phenomenal and we received great service. We'll definitely go back for one last visit during our trip, but I'm finding myself wondering if we'd be able to keep some pints frozen during our 6.5 hour drive home. So if you're in the area, you won't regret treating yourself here!“

“Great burger joint! We each had The Archie burger and added on an onion ring and side of fries. We could have split the burger it was so huge. Be prepared with plenty of napkins - it’s the kind of burger that slides around.

“Lee's offers a great selection of ice cream treats. They offer food items such as hot dogs, burgers, and pretzels. They have classics such as vanilla, chocolate etc but also flavor burst ice cream as well. If you enjoy dipped cones Lee's is for you. They offer chocolate, twinkle, sprinkle, butterscotch and cherry. They offer shakes and sundaes. There are seasonal offerings as well. Lee's is a great summer treat stop with the family or solo. It does offer some seating inside and outside.“
“Tastee Twist is a very good ice cream place and is very affordable. I've been going to Tastee Twist since i was a little girl and now i take my kids . I love Tastee Twist so much they should open more locations in the Milwaukee area like downtown or even in the higher part of the north side like close to mayfair.“

“I had to give the atmosphere 3, not the restaurant fault more of a screaming child. No he had a tantrum.
This time I had the cod dinner 3 pcs. I ordered it extra crispy. I thought I would get the fish fillets, a little different from the sandwich fillet. I only wish they'd dry it on both sides. I tried their cole slaw not bad crispy, fresh.
As service goes I received my order in record time.“
