“If you’re reading this, make the reservation. Easily a 10/10 meal. We started with the burrata, their specialty. It was, in a word, divine. The bread was perfectly toasted. The salad underneath the burrata changes seasonally, and the apricot, honey, and truffle oil elevated it beyond expectation. I could have had another order of this for my entrée and been set. My chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Unpretentious but perfectly executed. The potatoes and broccolini came to life with the lemon caper sauce. My husband had the mac n’ cheese with short rib. The creamy mac and tender meat don’t compete in flavor — they’re in a loving, happy marriage. This is what restaurant BBQ mac should be. I’m not usually a crème brûlée person, or at least, I thought I wasn’t. I let my husband pick the dessert, and it did not disappoint. Perfectly creamy and flavorful. This is the experience you want when you decide you’re ordering a dessert. The service was top-notch. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were all delightful. Heirloom MKE delivered one of my favorite dinners to date.“

“I would rate this restaurant 10 stars if I could. My salmon was by far the best I have ever eaten, and I spent 10 days in Scotland two years ago. The restaurant is so clean that it actually sparkles. Street parking can be a challenge but don't let that be a deterrent. You must try this restaurant!“

“There's something about tucking into the bar at Palomino when it's cold and wintery...it's perfect. Last night we had the savory hand pie of the day, a cubano, which was absolutely spectacular. That pastry dough is life changing. Balanced flavors. AMAZING. Dry rub wings were cooked perfectly and the fries, THE FRIES, THE FRIES! So good. “This "hole in the wall" bar is a must stop. I love visiting bars like this because of the community they provide. I was welcomed by the locals and had great conversation through my visit.The area is out in the country and can be tricky to find. Once I arrived, there was plenty of street parking as well as a lot in the back The inside was charming with a vintage vibe. Drinks were strong and their menu is lengthy. I ordered a cup of the soup which was styled after the Reuben sandwich. The corned beef was excellent. The soup is creamy and flavorful. I have tried to stop by again but they are only open Tuesday through Thursday. I wish I had checked the menu it because the reviews online show a fish fry but I'm not sure if that's available daily since they're closed on Friday? I hope you find out soon!“

“I went to LuLu Cafe with my mom and our waiter, Joel, was outstanding! He was very friendly, accommodating, and provided exceptional customer service.

For lunch we shared the homemade chips with blue cheese dip (our favorite!) and we split the Roasted Vegetable Salad with chicken.

We love coming to Lulu Cafe and we've been coming here for years. The food is always amazing and the service is impeccable. They also have a nice bar and a large dining space. We enjoy sitting at a table by the outside window, when it's available.“
