“Drive thru order on a long trip home. Didn't have much time for food the previous day and was half sick from not eating breakfast by the time I reached this place. I had not been here since I was in teens. I had no clue what to order as I don't eat meat I was in hurry to get home but needed to feel better and it was lunch rush which gave me major anxiety about staring at the menu. I explained quickly to the worker and she swiftly suggested the country gravy & biscuit meal with hash rounds. I got that along with a plain butter biscuit for a snack later and some nice crisp sprite. It was the most delicious meal I had the ENTIRE WEEKEND! This was on 6/9/25 and I just wish I lived near one of these restaurants. I'll definitely be visiting again when I'm in town.“

“We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. Obviously chicken. Lol. The dude was super nice. Explained answers to any question I had about any menu item with absolutely ZERO attitude. You don’t get that anymore usually. “most of the manager's, they don't care about their employees. especially the ones who are 1 hour or more late. grow up. you know what time you need to be there your schedule is made up already, do your job and be on time like you expect your employees geez one pissed off granny“

“We go to rally's on the west side every Sunday evening. we walk our dogs and we grab our dinner. there always so nice to the dogs and everything is always hot and fresh and their milkshakes are always a hit! and I've also never been there and their machines not work, I can always get a milk shake or an ice cream cone on a hot day ❤“

“There is nothing negative I can say. The food was delicious as always. I had the fish and chicken with Mac n cheese and green beans. The green beans were seasoned just right. The young lady who took my drive thru order and worked the window was very polite. It was an overall wonderful and pleasant experience. Plus they were fast in giving me my order!!!“

“My family stopped by on our way home from camping, so we decided to go through the drive-thru. As our order was being made, one of the employees handed my husband a small cup of plain ice cream because she saw our dog in the car. She smiled and spoke to our dog, told him to enjoy. “Typical taco bell experience. Good service even though the line was backed up a little. Moved pretty quick. Person at the window or whoever is in charge of straws forgot ours so I had to walk in, but no big deal. Staff was courteous and had a good experience.“

“I usually order online & it’s ready when I get there. Friendly, fun staff, seems pretty efficient, I’ve never had bad food here. Never have I had an issue with food or the people. Parking isn’t great because of construction and how busy downtown is but it’s not that big of a problem.“

“Great place for a good quick meal and desert too as long as the ice cream machine is in use. Decently priced too!

Dietary restrictions: The burgers are a little greasy so if you are worried about your health or appearance then I suggest avoiding the burgers.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love the happy meals because they always come with a toy. Too bad they took the playground out so there's no longer a place for the kids to play but it's still a great kid friendly place.“

“My husband and I came in today for the first time at the Charleston location. We'd been wanting to try for awhile. We traveled an hour & half. It did not disappoint! The staff were soooo nice!! & the food was great! I've never had such good, sweet marinara sauce in my life. The best sauce I've ever tasted! (I'm a sauce person) We will most definitely be back! “Can’t speak for the eat-in experience here, but as we were passing through this area on the interstate we stopped to grab a taco and burrito here and were impressed with the quality compared to other Taco Bell locations. All of the ingredients were included in the amount they advertise, which I have never actually seen. The drive thru cashier was very friendly and asked if we needed sauce or napkins. Would recommend for a quick stop if you’re traveling through this part of WV.“

The food was okay it's the usual Subway fare, nothing special or notably fresh, but it serves its purpose for a quick, familiar meal. The restaurant was functional. It's a reliable spot if you know exactly what to expect and aren't looking for anything beyond the basics.“

“This McDonald’s was amazing. Clean store and bathrooms, fresh hot food, spotless ketchup station, and very friendly workers. As someone over 40, it’s rare to find this level of quality and service at McDonald’s today. A true throwback experience. Highly recommend.“

There was a rough looking, foul mouthed group of people gathered outside the store being obnoxious and harassing a homeless man and woman who were also outside. It was very uncomfortable.“

Usually my fast food choice is Wendy's, but the Wendy's in town sucks, BK is typically my second pick...but they haven't disappointed me yet at this location!“
