“This is one of the cleaner and nicer Subways in the area. I’ll drive the extra few miles to come here rather than the locations in Martinsburg. The bread is always fresh, never stale and hard as a rock. The employees are always nice and the tables are always clean.“

The only complaint I have is that I ordered a 16 piece chicken with biscuits and potato wedges but I didn’t get any chicken breast in my meal. “Since moving from San Diego California to Charles Town in early 2000s I always missed the abundant access to local fresh Mexican food; near impossible to find the same un-Americanized style in the Jefferson County area. When I stumbled across Ortega’s and then finding out the Ortega family was from my old stomping grounds, I felt like I struck gold. Being a local boutique pepper grower I was able to share peppers with Ortega’s from Jalapeños to Chocolate Habaneros. I’m a burrito lover and will ask to change up the carne asada burrito by removing most of the rice and beans and adding more carne to closer match the Taco/Burrito shops in San Diego of straight carne. The also make one of my fav if you lucky enough to find packaged in the counter fridge “escabeche” Mexican Pickled Jalapeño and Carrots (Jalapeño y zanahorias en escabeche). Ortega’s to truly a gem of Charles Town so please stop in and give them a try, I wish the Ortega’s team many more years of success! “

“This is my favorite chick fil a in all of my surrounding states. The employees are wonderful and offer fast service everytime. The food is always hot and fresh when it comes out. This location never has long wait time, great for any time of the day or night.“

“First time in and was an excellent experience. Atmosphere was very clean and staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. Definitely get your bang for your buck! “I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. The food looks and tastes delicious and they were quick and accurate with our order. So many always only complain about the bad but I feel like when you get an experience like this they deserve an atta boy! “Super clean restaurant. I accidentally ordered the incorrect sandwich. When I went back up to explain what I did. They quickly replaced it for the correct one and added no additional costs for the upgraded one. The food was prepared in a more than timely manner. Fresh and delicious!“

“Super friendly, food made fresh, everything was tasty. Bathrooms and restaurant were clean. Disappointed that we couldn't get floats because of a maintenance issue, not staff fault but still sad. We'll definitely stop again next time we're in town.“

“Today I picked up a catering order of 6 subs. 5 of the 6 subs were correct. I called to let them know the last was to be a tuna and not Turkey. The Manager offered to drive out the sub to my house in Inwood and threw in free cookies for our party as well. I can’t thank you enough. We absolutely love your subs and you went above and beyond. The driver refused our tip even when we tried. Thank you for being an amazing business in our community.“

“Although it's busy during the height of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner hours, I recommend those times of day due to the fact that it's becoming a common practice to serve stale fries, and other items that can be kept in warmers. I prefer my food prepared fresh, so I don't mind waiting for quality. On this visit I arrived around 7pm, my fries were inedible as the were cold and hard. I also saw them pulling the burger from a warmer and adding the extra items to it that I requested. Cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. 🫤“
