“This is one of the cleaner and nicer Subways in the area. I’ll drive the extra few miles to come here rather than the locations in Martinsburg. The bread is always fresh, never stale and hard as a rock. The employees are always nice and the tables are always clean.“

“Since moving from San Diego California to Charles Town in early 2000s I always missed the abundant access to local fresh Mexican food; near impossible to find the same un-Americanized style in the Jefferson County area. When I stumbled across Ortega’s and then finding out the Ortega family was from my old stomping grounds, I felt like I struck gold. Being a local boutique pepper grower I was able to share peppers with Ortega’s from Jalapeños to Chocolate Habaneros. I’m a burrito lover and will ask to change up the carne asada burrito by removing most of the rice and beans and adding more carne to closer match the Taco/Burrito shops in San Diego of straight carne. The also make one of my fav if you lucky enough to find packaged in the counter fridge “escabeche” Mexican Pickled Jalapeño and Carrots (Jalapeño y zanahorias en escabeche). Ortega’s to truly a gem of Charles Town so please stop in and give them a try, I wish the Ortega’s team many more years of success! “

“New Cod sandwich and platter was really delicious (I ordered both) and I'm happy to report these weren't just fish sticks or fish patties like other fast food restaurants, this is real fish! ... and the salad was large and fresh. Service good, restaurant clean. All good. (The new Cod isn't on the menu item options to select below but we do recommend it!)“

“First time in and was an excellent experience. Atmosphere was very clean and staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. Definitely get your bang for your buck! “This is a long John silver with an A&W in one restaurant. You can order from anyone you like and also mix and match.. there aren’t many of these restaurants left across the country. I was pretty happy to see them and that too together. Food is good. They’re quick with it quality is as expected. It really takes you back. Prices are extremely reasonable. You will have a fulfilling meal here. The other fast food joints and try something different here.

I ordered from the A&W menu, specifically the spicy double papa burger. And all the veggies on the burger were extremely fresh and the fries are amazing. All For $10. Definitely better value & better taste as compared to a lot of the other fast food joints.“

“The food is wonderful. You can't go wrong with Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch. And nacho fries. Anyways the service isn't the best at this TB. A lot of kids work there. So they don't care about being nice. But other than that it's a great establishment“

“I would like to say that even though there was a shortage of workers, the service was more than adequate. There is a youngman working as a cashier who had a very good work ethic. When he wasn't taking orders, he was setting up all the customers would need in their orders, such as condiments, napkins, utensils, etc. I wanted to acknowledge him because he wasn't idle and worked well independently. The food was fresh and seasoned well.

“I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. The food looks and tastes delicious and they were quick and accurate with our order. So many always only complain about the bad but I feel like when you get an experience like this they deserve an atta boy! The Manager offered to drive out the sub to my house in Inwood and threw in free cookies for our party as well. I can’t thank you enough. We absolutely love your subs and you went above and beyond.
