“Since moving from San Diego California to Charles Town in early 2000s I always missed the abundant access to local fresh Mexican food; near impossible to find the same un-Americanized style in the Jefferson County area. When I stumbled across Ortega’s and then finding out the Ortega family was from my old stomping grounds, I felt like I struck gold. Being a local boutique pepper grower I was able to share peppers with Ortega’s from Jalapeños to Chocolate Habaneros. I’m a burrito lover and will ask to change up the carne asada burrito by removing most of the rice and beans and adding more carne to closer match the Taco/Burrito shops in San Diego of straight carne. The also make one of my fav if you lucky enough to find packaged in the counter fridge “escabeche” Mexican Pickled Jalapeño and Carrots (Jalapeño y zanahorias en escabeche). Ortega’s to truly a gem of Charles Town so please stop in and give them a try, I wish the Ortega’s team many more years of success! “

“We drove a little while to get to this place as we traveled and this restaurant did not disappoint. It was clean, staff was friendly, and most importantly the food was delicious. We especially love the condiment bar where you can dress up your sandwich and have access to all of Roy Rogers special sauces. Our favorite is the cowboy sauce.“

“First time in and was an excellent experience. Atmosphere was very clean and staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. Definitely get your bang for your buck! We had wings, chicken bacon ranch cheese quesadilla, and the best brisket nachos ever!!! Sweet tea is excellent 👌 If you haven't stopped in yet, you're missing out! “I would like to say that even though there was a shortage of workers, the service was more than adequate. There is a youngman working as a cashier who had a very good work ethic. When he wasn't taking orders, he was setting up all the customers would need in their orders, such as condiments, napkins, utensils, etc. I wanted to acknowledge him because he wasn't idle and worked well independently. The food was fresh and seasoned well.

“I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. The food looks and tastes delicious and they were quick and accurate with our order. So many always only complain about the bad but I feel like when you get an experience like this they deserve an atta boy! Has my experience always been this great at this location, No… BUT tonight’s team DESERVES the recognition for a JOB WELL DONE! I felt welcomed when I came in and my food was fast, fresh and very tasty. If you are in Martinsburg this is definitely the Taco Bell you should be going to.“

“Today I picked up a catering order of 6 subs. 5 of the 6 subs were correct. I called to let them know the last was to be a tuna and not Turkey. The Manager offered to drive out the sub to my house in Inwood and threw in free cookies for our party as well. I can’t thank you enough. We absolutely love your subs and you went above and beyond. “I don't usually eat fast food, but it was open late and close to the hospital. I was able to pick up food for my mother before she was admitted to the hospital. We got two meals with double cheeseburgers, fries, nuggets, and Frosty's. Everything was fresh and the fries were really good. Will definitely use them in emergency situations.“

The staff (Ryan, Mathew, Yanni) were very friendly and provided fantastic customer service. Honestly they're salt of the earth people, and the company is lucky to have them. As such they really should give them a raise! It's hard to find good help these days, especially with younger generation.“
