“Was at the University District Canadian Brewhouse location last night for my free Birthday nachos and Sunday special Pizza. Was a wonderful evening and food was beyond delicious. We had Ashleigh as a server and she was amazing. Me and my parents will definitely keep going back to this location“

“One of my favourite local pubs. Service is good, the staff are friendly, the food is fantastic. When I say fantastic I mean it, for the price it's top noch. They chef makes the soup every day, the steak sandwich is cooked perfectly. The Fog beer is amazing. This place is super underrate and highly recommended.“

“Came in with friends as we are visiting in the city and had been told about this place by our waitress! Julia was incredible as always! We’ve been served by her a few times now and she helped with suggestions and was knowledgeable about the menu. Next time we drive through we’ll be adding this spot to our must stops.“

“Surprisingly had many many gluten free/gluten friendly items on the menu. Outside you don't think much of the bar but inside is actually quite nice. The staff were super friendly and accommodating of my questioning allergy friendly items.
I will definitely be back to try more menu options.

She was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. On top of that, she’s carries herself so professionally. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had here.“

“I attended a group function that was booked in the separate party room. We only had one server looking after drinks, although a few others brought food out. She was amazing! Also, the food came out at a good rate, given that there were about 50 people in our group. I ordered the beef dip and it was delicious!“

“The sushi was delicious especially the spicy California Roll, I really liked the teriyaki Chicken and the Korrokke was to die for. The service was great friendly and very helpful in choosing the right dish for those who want recommendations. They have very comfortable seats with good space between the tables, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. I highly recommend visiting this awesome restaurant.“

“I have been living in the neighborhood for over 15 years now. I had stopped into Swiggs a few years ago. I did think nay this place is not for me. I had heard about their fish and chips a couple months ago. I thought I would give it another try. I have been totally happy with the service and food now. I almost go in weekly for the steak, fish and chips or wings on their special nights. I am so happy I decided to go in. It is almost a weekly stop now. Thank you so much to the chef Francis - the steaks are awesome. Thank you so much to the Service staff - Justen and Adria. It is always a pleasure to see your smiling faces. “I can't believe how long we have lived in the vicinity of "Tops" and not discovered it. The food is amazing. No more "restaurant loginess" after a meal. Everything we have tried there is excellent. It's not all about the pizza. Try the beef dip, the lasagna and the spaghatti and meatballs. Their Greek salad is perfect. I downrated "atmosphere" a bit because if you don't enjoy the sports bar sounds they have a nice room for you off to the side. It's a bit dark and there's no view. But who cares anyway? You will be treated like a guest, not just a customer.“

“Loved the dim sum at Sammy’s Sports Bar inside the casino. Generous portions, authentic flavors, and very reasonable prices. After some fun at the casino, it’s the perfect spot to treat your taste buds and fill your stomach.

“The pizza is always amazing. We ordered mozza sticks for the first time and it was lack luster to say the least. It does not mention when ordering the amount of sticks you get. We opened the container and there were 8 little mozza sticks. And instead of marinara sauce, it was salsa. I would not recommend the mozza sticks. The pizza I would definitely recommend.“

Everything was 10/10. Prices are lower than downtown, portions are huge, everything tasted fresh and was nicely presented. Excellent choice of sweets/ dessert.“
