“Today, after I ordered, we were told there were no more sweet potatoes. I was disappointed; then, someone (perhaps, he was one of the owners) gave me, I guess, a partial serving ( I think it was what was left) of the sweet potatoes. In my opinion, that was very nice; then, he said that I could still order another item from the vegetable list.“

We pulled up, and I told him if it's young people in her there I'm not staying. I opened the door and was elated. The food was amazing just like I remembered.“

“I was a customer at the Hueytown location today (March 29th) around 12:15. I ate there and ordered a grilled salmon which was just amazing. The lady working the front register was also working the drive thru as well. She did an excellent job even though she was doing both she had a"(genuine) smile on her face. As busy as she was She made me feel like I was her only customer. She even brought my tray to the table with the sauces included. I forgot to get her name before I left so I called and asked if I could have the name of the cashier currently working ⁷and she was who answered my phone call. she was just as delightful over the phone as she was in person. Her name is Susan . Definitely a nice change from past experiences. Hopefully she is a permanent addition. She made my visit delightful.“

During our wait for our food the general manager Sharon came over to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend their oyster selection. Everything was delicious.“

“I absolutely LOVED everything. Our server was so kind and answered all of our questions. This was my first visit and I had quite a few questions. She was patient and sweet. Our order came out quick and our shrimp and fish were seasoned and fried perfectly. I will always visit when I’m in Birmingham. Oh and I met the owners (husband and wife) and they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable and made sure we were happy and satisfied with everything!“

“Service was absent. Waitress argued with my dad about an appetizer quality. So he refused to order any more food little did they know he was picking up the check. Food was okay. Not 5 star. Took us 4 hours to eat and get out. Waitress had 6 tables with 39 people in upscale restaurant. Been waiting years to go here. Service really was worse than Applebees“

“My favorite neighborhood Sushi spot. Always super nice, reasonable priced and delicious. I usually get the hawaii roll and house Philly roll Togo and then enjoy a Sapporo while the sushi is being prepared. It’s a great way to finish off the day and dive into Netflix. Highly recommend!
