Dining area is always clean.
However, recently they have been drive through only. Drive thru is great if you need that, but we prefer going in, sitting down and talking while we eat. What's up on Morgan Road, seems that you never have dine in anymore. We were by there 3 times this week and ended up somewhere else.

“Shamefully,I'm late to the party & this was my first time trying Freddy's. I was pleasantly surprised & it was definitely worth the wait. From the time I was greeted until I received my order the crew provided exceptional service. The manager with the red hair was very polite, professional,& accommodating. The manager & her crew worked together effortlessly to deliver my order in a timely manner. They really exceeded my expectations & it's safe to say I'm an official "Freddy's Fan"!!😁“

“I went through the drive through so I'm not going to count off on atmosphere; they really can't do anything if I don't like being in my truck. Food is good enough that I come back repeatedly. Cheaper and better than McBroken Ice Cream machine. I'll be back again, and again, and again....“

“The only complaint was the wait. Once you get your food, you forget about the wait. You won't get anything that's been sitting under a heat lamp! Normally get chicken but ventured out and got a catfish filet plate. THREE pieces at cap ds wouldn't equal one of Green Acres filets. Some of the best I've ever eaten.“

“This place would have gotten 5 stars. Friendly staff. The only downfall of this place is the setup of the drive-through area. There just isn't enough room. It is unfortunately not conducive to high traffic flows. This particular location would have gotten 3 stars for me instead due this drawback, however, the staff really tried their best to keep traffic moving steadily and without issues. This place, otherwise, is 5 stars.“

“Wings and okra are delicious Just need to clean their front door it’s covered in dirt and gunk It’s filthy If customers can see that I wonder what is in the kitchen..bathroom you can smell it entering the door and today I saw a huge roach crawling around inside. “Fantastic Five Guys at Stadium Trace in Hoover. This Five Guys is not a corporate location but a local franchise, so the prices are reasonable. Great burger and the fries are the best in Hoover. Come Fall, their outdoor seating area will be a great option for seating. (Even today it was comfortable).“

“I see the food truck at my job all the time, but never tried it. Today I decided to try it for the first time. It was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, the flavors were crazy good, and meshed so well together! Can’t wait until the next visit!“

“Everything I ate was delicious. I had the # 6 and the dipping sauce was Double O and I thought it was yummy. Also got a vanilla milkshake afterwards and it reminded me of homemade ice cream.“

“father's day 2025. placed my order and the receipt showed 11:22 am and it was a 91 and change order. they ain't cheap, but they are incompetent. Was told to pull forward. waited 30 minutes. gave plenty time to prepare the 20 piece mix box and a chicken finger box. backed up to the window, they didn't even know I was waiting. took my receipt and I waited another 15 min before being told to come inside. I get inside and there are multiple customers waiting and several trying to get their orders sorted. they said they were gonna refund me after me waiting 45 minutes outside. I stood in the store another 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my refund all while the employees all blamed each other. terrible service. terrible attitudes. multiple people walked out after one employee said we need to just shut down the entire lobby. the manager said she couldn't as she was fumbling with getting my refund. entire place needs an overhaul regarding their staff.“

“The way that Milo's is set up now, you cannot go on the inside. Everyone goes through the drive-thru. The food don't seem as good as it used to be but it was not the worst. At the drive-thru they really don't give you a chance to finish your order before they try to rush you around to the side, I have to tell them to wait I have another order. When you first drive up they just asked you your order, they don't speak but I speak to them.“

“Best food on the parkway if you ask me! If they ask you to pull down just know your food with be hot and fresh! I like to get the lemon pepper mild and catfish . Everything is always seasoned. However the soda fountain drink always seems a little flat. Also the lemon pepper mild wings has a little sweetness to it. Everyone is friendly.“

“SLOW!….I waited over 20 minutes for a 6 piece combo. The fries were dark brown but if you get cajun ranch on them then they are good. Also the prices are higher than other wing places. The wings are good though. I just don’t like that the ‘medium’ wing sauce is HOT. Next time I will get the ‘Mild’ wing sauce.“

Kid-friendliness: I seen children but I would not bring mine here,especially if I am ordering a lengthy order. That would be too time consuming for a child to be around.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is a flat surface but if you are in a chair, I wouldn't advise you to hang out here.This establishment is chair friendly“

“Great customer service by the young man working when we came. The young man took our order asked if we wanted dessert after we finished our meal we said yes. We were handed our cups for drink sat down and was brought our order to table fast. Young man came and asked if we were ready for our dessert and brought it to us. All while the young man was actually waiting for his break but waited til we were taken care of first.“

“We haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in over 2 years and it was great to get to one here in Birmingham AL. Delt with 3 employees. The Woman taking my order was so nice and friendly as was the woman who brought our order to our table. On the way out we had a fun short conversation with a woman emptying a trash can outside. This was a lovely visit even though it was busy. The line disappeared very quickly so they must know what they're doing. Thank you all!

“I absolutely love this Taco Bell! I was there on 6/24 at around 930-10pm And the lady that was at the window is always so sweet. After a long day at work and being hungry, she just adds the icing on the cake with how sweet and lovely she is. Makes my whole day:) truly deserves a raise!!“

“I was a customer at the Hueytown location today (March 29th) around 12:15. I ate there and ordered a grilled salmon which was just amazing. The lady working the front register was also working the drive thru as well. She did an excellent job even though she was doing both she had a"(genuine) smile on her face. As busy as she was She made me feel like I was her only customer. She even brought my tray to the table with the sauces included. I forgot to get her name before I left so I called and asked if I could have the name of the cashier currently working ⁷and she was who answered my phone call. she was just as delightful over the phone as she was in person. Her name is Susan . Definitely a nice change from past experiences. Hopefully she is a permanent addition. She made my visit delightful.“
