“Originally ordered online via Storefront Doordash but restaurant showed it had canceled once I arrived. They made my order. After a little wait because of all the customizations, they served and I was able to go. Food was really good and a decent portion. Great price point and will be back.

“The only complaint was the wait. Once you get your food, you forget about the wait. You won't get anything that's been sitting under a heat lamp! Normally get chicken but ventured out and got a catfish filet plate. THREE pieces at cap ds wouldn't equal one of Green Acres filets. Some of the best I've ever eaten.“

“I went through the drive through so I'm not going to count off on atmosphere; they really can't do anything if I don't like being in my truck. Food is good enough that I come back repeatedly. Cheaper and better than McBroken Ice Cream machine. I'll be back again, and again, and again....“

“Shamefully,I'm late to the party & this was my first time trying Freddy's. I was pleasantly surprised & it was definitely worth the wait. From the time I was greeted until I received my order the crew provided exceptional service. The manager with the red hair was very polite, professional,& accommodating. The manager & her crew worked together effortlessly to deliver my order in a timely manner. They really exceeded my expectations & it's safe to say I'm an official "Freddy's Fan"!!😁“

“This establishment is always very clean, even the restrooms. The staff, although at times seem to be shorthanded I feel are very friendly and genuinely care about their guest's experience. I have ordered everything from cheeseburgers to chicken wings but I always get a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge or with caramel size medium and it is always perfection. “Fantastic Five Guys at Stadium Trace in Hoover. This Five Guys is not a corporate location but a local franchise, so the prices are reasonable. Great burger and the fries are the best in Hoover. Come Fall, their outdoor seating area will be a great option for seating. (Even today it was comfortable).“

“I met my husband for lunch and the service was great. They were very busy, however, it took less than 15 minutes for us to place and receive our order. “The way that Milo's is set up now, you cannot go on the inside. Everyone goes through the drive-thru. The food don't seem as good as it used to be but it was not the worst. At the drive-thru they really don't give you a chance to finish your order before they try to rush you around to the side, I have to tell them to wait I have another order. When you first drive up they just asked you your order, they don't speak but I speak to them.“

“Great customer service by the young man working when we came. The young man took our order asked if we wanted dessert after we finished our meal we said yes. We were handed our cups for drink sat down and was brought our order to table fast. Young man came and asked if we were ready for our dessert and brought it to us. “This Pizza Hut is reminiscent of the heyday of Pizza Hut. The pizzas have been made flawlessly each time and with a perfect ratio of toppings:sauce:cheese.

Orders are on time, staff is courteous, and pizzas are high quality. Special notes are even read and honored.

I cannot speak more highly of this specific Pizza Hut. It has made me love PH Pan Pizza again.“

“I was a customer at the Hueytown location today (March 29th) around 12:15. I ate there and ordered a grilled salmon which was just amazing. The lady working the front register was also working the drive thru as well. She did an excellent job even though she was doing both she had a"(genuine) smile on her face. As busy as she was She made me feel like I was her only customer. She even brought my tray to the table with the sauces included. I forgot to get her name before I left so I called and asked if I could have the name of the cashier currently working ⁷and she was who answered my phone call. she was just as delightful over the phone as she was in person. Her name is Susan . Definitely a nice change from past experiences. Hopefully she is a permanent addition. She made my visit delightful.“
