“My last trip to Chick-Fil-A was on 10/16/2025. Everything went well the food and service was on point as usual. But sadly this will be my last visit until change occurs. Recently in Augusta GA a Black Police officer was denied the same complimentary meal that his white co workers received. He was embarrassed....and I am embarrassed for Chick-fil-A. Shame on you. So since he was shown no respect 😒 you Chick-fil-A can no longer have any of my money.“

“We stopped to eat after a long road trip, only the drive through was open & we couldn’t fit because of our vehicle. The staff came out on the patio, took our order, and we had a delicious dinner on a beautiful night. The staff was awesome & super friendly! We don’t have a Del Taco in our town but I sure wish we did!“

“I hadn’t been in Hardee’s in over 10 years because it’s not in my path from my home.Today me and mom decided to go and the staff was very friendly.Kimberly’ K greeted us with a smile and was very professional.
The manager Sandra delivered our food and also was attentive to our needs.
I ordered the chicken biscuits and the chicken was crispy and fresh, just the way I like it.And the biscuits were very fresh.Not to mention the hasbbrown and the vanilla ice coffee.I will most definitely will come back and recommend to friends and family.“

“We went to Arby’s on 280 tonight and had the best experience ever. Cornelius took my order which was a bit complicated- everything was delivered fast and correct. This is an experience you don’t normally get at a fast food restaurant. Thanks for the amazing service!!! The store was exceptionally clean and well maintained as well“

“Once again, I had passed Hartz many times in Phenix City. Finally I had spare time to seat down and eat, rather than pick up and go. Great value for money. The buffet had a very generous selection. Everything was hot, fresh and very tasty. Enjoyed it immensely and will definitely return.“

“There aren’t any Captain D’s where I live, so I can only get it in the south when I’m down here. I did the drive-thru for an early lunch. The ultimate feast was good; I got okra and fries (which were perfectly crispy). The fish was good as usual; not as greasy as LJS, and with a lighter flavor. Shrimp & stuffed crab were great as well. Good customer service at the drive thru.“

“I have been through the drive thru twice this week. The food was good but my praise report is on the The lady running the drive thru she had the best personality. Customer service was an A+. I dont know her name but if you go thru the drive thru you will know when its her. Wendys give this lady a raise this is service done right and now a days this is very hard to find.“

“The staff is always nice and they always try to help if you need something else or need to add an order or something.
Parking: There are times that you have to go all the way down to the other end in order to park, but that’s because you’re in a strip mall and that is to be expected.
Wheelchair accessibility: There doesn’t always seem to be enough handicap parking.“

“My go to! Maybe a little attitude but whoever the cook follows the guide to the tee! Food is never off! Service may be a little! Never no complaints after 5 years of being in Columbus on the food or portions! Expect young service! Don't matter as long as my food is thoroughly cooked at a good price and timely service!“

“We were on the hunt for one last Scooby Doo Toy today. And this store had it. The gentleman working was so sweet from the moment we walked in. Great customer service from this man. We secured our Shaggy. We had gone to all of the others in area to find it. The store on Bradley Park had two whole boxes and refused to open one so that I could complete the collection for my daughter (Scooby Doo is her absolute FAVORITE) !! Thanks so much for your great service!!!“

“At the time of this post, it appears to be understaffed because I see the same people everytime I enter. Food is good but is produced like a in person drive through. If you want a sandwich now then I would recommend coming here. Otherwise come when it's not as busy for a more personal touch.“
