“My last trip to Chick-Fil-A was on 10/16/2025. Everything went well the food and service was on point as usual. But sadly this will be my last visit until change occurs. Recently in Augusta GA a Black Police officer was denied the same complimentary meal that his white co workers received. He was embarrassed....and I am embarrassed for Chick-fil-A. Shame on you. So since he was shown no respect 😒 you Chick-fil-A can no longer have any of my money.“

“I hadn’t been in Hardee’s in over 10 years because it’s not in my path from my home.Today me and mom decided to go and the staff was very friendly.Kimberly’ K greeted us with a smile and was very professional.
The manager Sandra delivered our food and also was attentive to our needs.
I ordered the chicken biscuits and the chicken was crispy and fresh, just the way I like it.And the biscuits were very fresh.Not to mention the hasbbrown and the vanilla ice coffee.I will most definitely will come back and recommend to friends and family.“

“The staff is always nice and they always try to help if you need something else or need to add an order or something.
Parking: There are times that you have to go all the way down to the other end in order to park, but that’s because you’re in a strip mall and that is to be expected.
Wheelchair accessibility: There doesn’t always seem to be enough handicap parking.“

“We went to Arby’s on 280 tonight and had the best experience ever. Cornelius took my order which was a bit complicated- everything was delivered fast and correct. This is an experience you don’t normally get at a fast food restaurant. Thanks for the amazing service!!! The store was exceptionally clean and well maintained as well“

“First, the Charley's franchise right now only operates in Fort Benning, so this is your only chance to try the sandwiches and fries if you are visiting. The wraps and sandwiches are awesome and the fries come plain, but there is malt vinegar and a blend of spices for u to sprinkle in as you order. It is not cheap but it is very good. The best part is that they have good service which is a total "hit or miss" issue in Benning in general but especially at the PX. It is basically like subways but a billion times better. I love the turkey melt too much. Way too much :)“

“This is most definitely a long due review I used to come here and eat here when I was a kid and recently in the past five years I’ve been able to go back once over two years ago very good down home South Columbus type food with cheap prices no more you can ask for the owner has been a pillar in the community, feeding kids and families in the area of the location for years. “I always have such a positive experience at this Wendy’s, and a huge reason for that is the manager. She is consistently kind, respectful, and genuinely caring toward both customers and employees. You can tell she works hard to create a welcoming, positive environment where everyone feels valued.
Her strong management is also reflected in the rest of the staff, because the other employees are always friendly, helpful, and pleasant as well. A great team usually starts with great leadership, and Wendy’s truly lucked out by having her as a manager. She deserves recognition for the positive environment she creates and the way she represents the company.“

“Once again, I had passed Hartz many times in Phenix City. Finally I had spare time to seat down and eat, rather than pick up and go. Great value for money. The buffet had a very generous selection. Everything was hot, fresh and very tasty. Enjoyed it immensely and will definitely return.“

“There aren’t any Captain D’s where I live, so I can only get it in the south when I’m down here. I did the drive-thru for an early lunch. The ultimate feast was good; I got okra and fries (which were perfectly crispy). The fish was good as usual; not as greasy as LJS, and with a lighter flavor. Shrimp & stuffed crab were great as well. Good customer service at the drive thru.“

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this Zaxby’s from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately stood out. The dining area, drink station, and even the bathrooms were spotless — something you don’t always see at fast food restaurants, especially during busy hours.
The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The staff greeted customers as they came in, kept the line moving quickly, and still made everyone feel valued instead of rushed. You can tell this location is extremely well managed because the employees worked together smoothly and professionally the entire time.
The food was phenomenal. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and clearly made fresh to order. The fries were seasoned perfectly and still piping hot when they hit the table. Even the toast was buttery and fresh. The sauces were stocked, the portions were generous, and every item looked like it was prepared with care instead of just thrown together quickly.
What really impressed me was how efficient the entire operation was. Even with a steady crowd, the wait time was minimal and orders were being handled accurately and quickly. You rarely find a fast food location that combines speed, quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service this consistently.
This Zaxby’s sets the standard for what a restaurant experience should be. It’s obvious the team takes pride in what they do, and it absolutely shows in every part of the experience. I’ll definitely be returning often and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better service.“

“Eli and Tim were the best. It was another guy that night 2 weeks ago. Well I told them I appreciated their customer service fast hot food! It’s hard to find nowadays! “This is a good Subway to visit. We went here for a little morning date bc we were so hungry. We got here at like 8:50 in the morning and the guy open the door at 9 a.m. on the dot. The only thing they didn't really have ready would be some of the breads and cookies.

“Went to the Zaxbys on Macon first, but it was absolutely filthy so we left.
We decided to try this location because my husband REALLY wanted to try Zaxbys while we were out here in Georgia. This location was MUCH better. It was clean, no weird/gross smells, friendly service, and the food is DELICIOUS. I am glad we decided to give Zaxbys a second chance instead of just going by how bad the first location was.“

“So check your bag. I ordered just 2 steak dippers totally more than $13. I did not order any sauce but there was two huge handfuls of Fire sauce in the bag for two items which struck me as suspicious. So I looked and felt around the bag to see if my 2 items were there and it was only one… I had to go in and ask for a manager. If someone does not ask for sauce please don’t give two man size handfuls because it is hard to find the two items I ordered
Which it felt like someone was hiding a sneaky detail.

“At the time of this post, it appears to be understaffed because I see the same people everytime I enter. Food is good but is produced like a in person drive through. If you want a sandwich now then I would recommend coming here. Otherwise come when it's not as busy for a more personal touch.“
