“100% great food, entertainment, and environment. Our server was Adela aka Big Bad Breakfast. She wouldn’t give me a refund on my disgusting food (even though I cleaned the plate 😪) food was great, customer service was better.“

“Stopped in for lunch with my toddler and sat outside. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, which was a nice start. Food-wise…it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst either. I’d eat here again.

The kid’s corn dogs were a hit and my daughter devoured them. Fries were very salty (which I actually love), but a bit much for my toddler, so I kept those to myself. The egg rolls were just okay, like a 3/5. They needed a better dipping sauce…. not sure what exactly, but the ones that came with it were kinda blah.

Wings had good flavor, but they had that weird fridge taste… might’ve just been me. I took them home, tossed them in some hot BBQ sauce, hit them with the air fryer, and they turned out pretty tasty.

Sitting outside was fine, but a few patio fans would’ve helped with the heat. There were a lot of flies, but hey….. that’s just outdoor dining sometimes.

Oh and when it’s time to pay, you have to pay on their handheld device and it’s just annoying to me. It’s 2025, just give me a receipt with a QR Code to scan (with exception of paying cash).

Overall, chill spot. I’d come back.“

“I’ve dined in and drove through, both have excellent, lightning fast service and the food is incredible.

Had a couple hiccups with quart sized takeout, but mentioned it to someone the next time I was there, and they called the general manager over and he made it right, and asked me to let him know right away if anything ever tastes off so he can check the rest of the batch. He also educated me about butter beans, apparently they get a little bitter during part of the season, which actually tells me it’s fresh!“

The owner ( I think it was the owner--it was very loud and I couldn't hear him, but he appeared at our table of six at least twice) was super attentive and has a kind demeanor. I will be back.“

“This place is the bar version of the establishment. Good music that is played so one can hear it but can talk with others. Plenty of seating and a rustic darkish atmosphere. Emma is a very good bartender and fun, friendly. The food we had is worth the investment with chicken tenders , either grilled or blackened, thumbs up! Street corn also tasty. Seems to have plenty of parking nearby. Overall worth going here for food and drinks.“

“My family and I moved to Gulf Shores from Birmingham in 2016. When we come back north for anything we have to stop at two places...Milos and Chop Suey Inn. Well, three...my parents! The egg rolls are without a doubt the best egg rolls that you will ever eat! Fresh, hot, crispy...perfection! Follow that by an apple pie from Milo's and I am all set for the drive home!!! Of course, we bring egg rolls home with us as well as burgers from Milos (and a bottle of sauce). If they shipped, I would definitely keep their egg rolls stocked at my house! I would have to hide them from my 3 children. :-)“

Between there and the Alabaster location, my Mexican food cravings are more than covered and they are always patient with my substitutions and the like. “Myself and 3 of my family members visited the Homewood IHOP, off Lakeshore on 12/5/2025. Shay was a great host and server. She was very pleasant, gracious, and attentive. My food was pretty good. The Cinnamon Crepes was great 🤩; the eggs were prepared, per my request (cheese was $1.69 extra 🤬; the breakfast meat and hash browns were okay, but I was expecting a better quality of bacon (so thin). One of the guest order a T-bone steak. The steak did not look good to me when it arrived, and the guest said that the taste wasn't much better. The drinks were too high, but that issue is the same at most restaurants. I would return, and reorder what I had again.... Make sure you tip your server, especially if he or she have provided good service. (Ask about the $6.00 menu 😉).“

“Casual comfort food. The chicken kabob and gyro plate are excellent , good portions and a quality meal. I love the big baker for nights when you need a hug…simple goodness and I like to add gyro meat. Burgers, Gyros and fries are solid and the chick in a sack is a family favorite. Pita and hummus are delicious and the mint iced tea is a treat. This is a great meal in a chill environment.“

“Can’t really beat them on value, food options change often too so you won’t get tired of visiting. Service here (online/drive thru/dine in) is pretty good, but it gets bogged down during rush hours, make sure to avoid it. Dining area is pretty tidy and nicely decorated.“

The staff was friendly and polite and didn't mind explaining things since it's been many yrs since my last visit. The dining & serving areas were clean as well as the game room.
