“Starting with the food, the food was good but unsafe. The sushi bar was on a conveyor belt, which was cool, but the only problem was how you never knew what you were eating and if you had allergies, than this is really unsafe. But overall the food tasted good and you have to cook your own steak and meat so it’s overall a good expiriance.

Now with service, up front it looks like you’re gonna be served by robots, but there are only 2 robots in total and it’s a rare chance that you get to see them. I clicked the call button because I didn’t know how we were supposed to cook our food and the button didn’t work at all. No body came.

The atmosphere was absolutely awesome, but they need more robots. The tvs are playing K-pop of course there is the conveyor belt, and it’s just awesome

Overall, this Restaurant is a fun experience, but they get your hopes down with robots, and need a safety contract.“

“Smelled this wonderful, smoky BBQ aroma from the next block over, stopped in and had a meal that was one of the most outstanding I've ever had. Got smoked chicken with blackeyed peas and smoked mac and cheese, along with honey-buttered toast and it was a truly exceptional meal. We've eaten a LOT of BBQ over the years and this place easily outdoes the majority of them, with the super-friendly owners, inside and outside dining and the quality of the food. “I ordered several whole BBQ chickens and baby back ribs. I originally wanted slab ribs but they were sold out even though I ordered in advanced. The chicken was moist and cooked perfectly and the taste was outstanding. The ribs were good as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again!“

“I’ve had the shrimp poboy at least 10 times. The shrimp is always breaded and cooked to perfection, and they load the sandwich up to the point that I wonder if they make any money off of it. Many protein options as well as two sides and endless fresh rolls. We both ordered the 6 ounce steak with two sides - it was cooked perfectly and the meal was delicious. Tyler was our waiter and he was excellent. He was training a new employee and she was great too. they were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. Not so much the location in Cleveland Tennessee being that they refused to sell me alcohol because my driver's license had a crack in the laminate. Nowhere near the date of birth or expiration date either, no! Those are both completely legible. So is my picture , showing clearly who I am.
That's the second and last bad experience I'll have at Cleveland's location. I won't be going back to that one unless I get an official apology from all parties involved“

“It's a commercial steakhouse. They just are what they are. BUT I do really like the Cajun pasta. I've ordered that twice and it was great. Rachel is in the bar. She was really awesome tonight. It was just my.husband and I but she didn't seem bored or disappointed in a slow night or worried. Just felt happy to be wherever she was. Thats a great vibe. The potato skins weren't great, I didn't think. My husband wasn't very impressed w the double mini burgers, but said they weren't bad. He didnt like the fries but did like the Mac and cheese. So... it was the short quiet dinner stop we needed. That specific location makes me not completely turn up my nose and deny commercial joints when we travel.“
