“I was in the Jasper area recently and decided to stop off at Milos for a cheese burger combo. Customer service was great. I asked for a special order, no pickles and add lettuce and mayo. Food arrived to my table quick but was wrong. No biggie, it happens. There was no cheese and it had 4 pickles. Easy fix. The burger and fries were good, love their sweet tea!“

Instead of being denied, this courteous young woman, Kelsey, helped all while wearing the most beautiful smile! “I was just at your drive thru and meet the most awesome young lady working there. She is a Diamond among most fastfood workers. The young man who took my order didn't get all of my order and the price reflected that so when I got to the window I ask our Diamond if my milk shake was included of course she said no and proceeded to get my order right. She was beyond professional with just the right amount of sweetness in her attitude. Arby's you better give our Diamond a raise because she is worth it.“
