“I’ve been to this Subway several times, and every visit has been a great experience. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted and welcomed, which makes a good first impression.

Today, I wasn’t sure what I wanted, so I asked them to surprise me. I also mentioned a few things I don’t like and that I preferred it on a certain type of bread, and they made it exactly how I described without any hesitation or attitude. They were professional, kind, and very accommodating.

I usually only write reviews when something goes wrong, but this experience was too good not to share. It’s not always easy to find consistent good customer service, and I really appreciated the smiles and positive attitude from the team.“

Tonight, they only had three kinds of chicken salads let and stated they were out of numerous other items. Keep in mind that this was not the end of the night, but actually a few minutes before 6:00 pm., all six times have been before seven o'clock and various days of the week. I don't know if it is management or what, but the Cullman store needs some help. I hate to see a good resturant close because of poor management. When I asked how often this happened, I was told all the time. Common sense tells me if I always run out, maybe I should make more, but nowadays people don't have much common sense. I would love to know who to contact to discuss this problem, before the resturant is completely run into the ground.“
