“Good food. Very pleasant staff. Actual restaurant could use some cleaning and updating, and maybe put something on the TV instead of just say connect, but overall very satisfied with the food, and staff. Good size meal for the price but not so much where it made me feel too full. Recommended!“

“Smiling faces. Comforting, welcoming atmosphere, superb char burger quality and chicken tender is perfectly seasoned and cooked. It is cooked fresh when I go Everytime yet given quickly. Again with delightful service and atmosphere and staff. Clean restroomws, No food on floor as I see elsewhere, clean tables, good fast and friendly. I will be a return customer! “I recently visited Mad Pies to celebrate a birthday party. It was at dinner time so I ordered a veggie pizza for me & my son which was gluten free & my wife ordered a ribeye steak to share with our daughter. The pizza was by far the best crust & pizza I have had. Absolutely amazing. My wife loved the steak wants to go back. Even my adult son & little girl want to return. This is a bar atmosphere but with food that you would expect at a nice restaurant. Staff were very friendly. The more customers the more staff would be needed. I highly reccomend anyone to visit for the food. If you like karaoke, Thursday night is your night! Restaurant prices with great quality.“

“Me and my aunt ate the for our birthday dinners because hers was aug23 n mine was the 24th so we chose to eat there and we had a great experience all around.out waiter was super nice and made sure to keep checking to see if we needed anything like refills etc. It was a very clean environment including the bathrooms which is a plus. Out food was great also we didnt have to wait forever.“

“Clean lobby, food was as expected to Whataburger. Service was good and prompt for the cook to order restaurant. Atmosphere was good. Bathroom could have been more loved on but not nasty just unattended. My only comment negative is the parking but in fairness the property is too small for the heavy traffic. Over all a nice visit.“

“I typically don't review fast food places but I felt I needed to after visiting DQ in Gardendale today. We dropped in for a sweet treat only to be met with the sweetest manager too. She was very personable and so nice. It almost felt like she went out of her way, and unlike so many people on these type jobs, she appeared to really love her job and her customers.“

“We came in with like 30 people and the legends here accommodated us with exceptionally prestigious service. We all got our food to perfection. In-N-Out got nothing on the 2259 Mt Olive Rd, Gardendale, AL 35071 Jack's Family Restaurant.“

“Just wanted to share what happened to be this morning! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! 😊😊 I went to Jack’s in Hayden. Just had to try the FRIED GREEN TOMATO BLT!! (FYI they serve it at lunch not breakfast.) But they were kind and made me one anyway!! Thank you Jack’s!!! But that’s not all. I go to pay for my meal and the person ahead of me had paid for my meal!!! Thank you kind stranger!!! That was very sweet!!! I really appreciated it!!!! So, I thought that’s a great idea!!! So I paid it forward and paid for the person in line behind me! So thankful!!! And by the way.....the FRIED GREEN TOMATO BLT IS AWESOME!!! I love this Jack’s!!! Never disappoints. Now just bring back the pork chop dinner!! 😃“

“We havent eaten here in a long time. My husband got sick, and the staff always a bad day, ever single day. 🙄 Wasnt expecting much, it is McDonald's. We ordered, SIMPLE, QUICK, NICE!!! We pull up to pay, simple, quick and NICE, pull On up to pickup food and THE SAME THING!!! Greeted with a smile, had our order almost ready, no long wait, and NICE!!!!!!! A little goes a long way. The food was hot and good. (it is McDonald's) 🤷🏼♀ and the ice cream machine worked GREAT!“

“We stopped in for a quick meal,the guy on the speaker could not hear us so we went inside and the cashier was not very nice didn't smile ,shot,just didn't care to be at work attitude,so the manager Reginald stepped in and made the experience worth being there I would go back just to see him a nice guy and very polite 👍👍👍👍👍❤️“

“Today 10-06-2023 went to have breakfast with my wife. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, the cashier finally acknowledged me. I tried to order two breakfast plates and she. Told me we don’t have any grits. We left with no food. Service was bad and food was disappointing!!! Not first time to be disappointed, but first time to complain!!!“

“yes I Phuxwith Jacks I usually eat breakfast now about 3 days a week and twice a month I have lunch or dinner there that's some of the best fried chicken it's a secret that's out in the open if you don't believe me just go and try it sometimes“
