“Bojangles on 431 in Brownsboro Alabama outside of Huntsville Alabama, I have been going to this location since they first open there doors, the faces have changed over the years.
One think that has never changed the Bojangles Crew members always knows what I want before I walk in the door. The Food is always very succulent and the Bo-Barry Biscuits are always very succulent. I know from the first day I walked in the door of this Bojangles on 431 in Brownsboro Alabama outside of Huntsville, and I was a new customer, I knew, I was a very succulent new customer to them. This being said, there are 3 Star Trek Ferengi Rules of Acquisition that fit this Bojangles best.

“Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. Watching the other employees around them, it appeared as if everyone was working in sync and the effort was fluid and productive. The 3 ladies were smiling from ear-to-ear and really made our drive-thru experience extremely pleasant. We were on a motorcycle and they took the time to compliment us on having fun. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was fast and the customer service most exceptional. My husband had the Beef & Cheddar and I had the Mediterranean wrap. My husband and I just recently over prior weekend experienced the opposite type of service from a Popeye's in Gurley, AL whereas everyone was arguing at the drive-thru window in front of us and they came outside and continued to belittle their co-workers and we waited a LONG time for food -- we were the only ones in the drive thru! So our experience at Arby's #7851 in Hampton Cove, Alabama just made our day. We will make a point to stop by there more often on our evening motorcycle rides. The entire store must have been trained well because everyone was smiling and even looked like they enjoyed working. Called and spoke to the manager this morning, Amber and she was very professional and courteous. Same for the phone call to corporate when speaking with Debra. He was so kind and polite during their rush-hour while I watched multiple people be rude to him. He still was being so nice and professional, and that is rare in this day and age. But the steak biscuit and sausage egg biscuit they sold me were the best biscuits I’ve had in years.. perfect.

Not as good as 1986 Hardee’s, but nothing is.

“We eat here 4-5 times a week and love everyone except on Saturday we get up and go kayaking and we pack subway for lunch. Every employee there welcomes us before 9 am except one and she turns us away at 3 mins till 9 even though it says they open 8 on every website I’ve found!“

There is an older gentleman ( don’t know his name ) that works often in the drive thru and I just wanted to tell him thank you . “We visited Chick-fil-A for the very first time today; as German travelers, we wanted to give it a try. And what can I say—it was a very positive experience. The staff were extremely friendly—especially Lily and her colleague. They took the time to explain everything to us. The chicken was fresh, juicy, and absolutely delicious. I wish we had something this delicious in Germany. We will definitely be back at a Chick-fil-A restaurant!“

“This is the best Subway in our area. I place large online orders frequently for work and they go above and beyond every time. They label all the sandwiches at my request (huge help), always have it ready and waiting, and always ask if I need anything else. I was going to a different location that was a bit closer, but had a few negative experiences. This one is worth the extra drive time.“
