“Depending on what you're ordering and what time you order it, it can be great. At 7:00 p.m., I ordered the dinner special -two piece chicken. Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!“

“Best Taco Bell food and experience ever tonight. The lady working the drivethru, and I think making the food was so patient and very nice. But, the food....it was the best made I've ever had from Taco Bell after 9 pm. We both tried something new and were pleasantly surprised at just how good it was. It's been a long time since I've had good Taco Bell. It's not just sitting in my tummy like a brick. Of course, nothing had beans or ground beef on it. We both got chicken and steak items and were very impressed. I got the flatbread chicken and cheese, added some sour cream and I have found a new favorite meal. So happy about this!
Much friendlier and faster than Trussville location, where there they just kind of toss the food at you and hope you catch it. Clay actually hands it to you, asks if you want sauce, and says have a good night!!! I was shocked. Money well spent. Will return. Thank you lady that worked tonight, you have restored my faith in Taco Bell. ❤️

Parking: Lots of parking, as it was empty and we went to through.“

“The short brown haired lady Pam is so sweet and professional. She has a way of making you feel good every time you go there.“

“Went through the drive-thru and we were about 4th in line, took 45 minutes to get our food. Seemed that there were only 2 people working and the lady who took our order was obviously exhausted. So, if you need a job you may want to check out the Taco Bell in Pinson.

“The lady in the purple HBD Grimace shirt was on top of things and she was one of the nicest McDonald's employees I have ever encountered. Also the girl with red hair didn't personally help me but I overheard her helping another couple and she was very polite and helpful as well.“

I am an older female who has a great deal of trouble getting into the building but needed to use the restroom so I went in to pick up my order,A young Black Man greeted me,brought me a water to drink while rested a minute before going back to my car, Amazing service and caring employee ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💙“

“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

“The crew found out it was our first time at Milos and went out of their way to greet us, explain the history of the franchise and offered a sampler of fries/tenders/sauces to see what we liked without even us asking. You don't see service like this as much anymore. True southern hospitality, thank you!“
