“My wife and I have always been a good customer to Jax and I’ve been please with the food up until tonight. We had the worst chicken dinners we’ve ever received from any restaurant. The chicken was over cooked and did not appear to be fresh whatsoever. The biscuit was hard, the coleslaw was not fresh at all and we could not eat our dinners we’re very disappointed“

She was very courteous and professional and made an offer that was more than generous. I accepted her offer. The food was well prepared. Thanks to Dawn the owner for her professional courtesy.“

The biscuit I could have broke a window with if I threw it at it. The chicken had a bad taste to it. Potatoes was a bit runny but ok. Update - went there today an was so skeptical I got the same food. Awesome service. I mean the food was warm and fresh.“

“They have the best cheesy bread ! The store's a little small , but there's plenty of room to sit. People are always friendly. Can be a little hard to get in and out of the small parking lot, However , you can park at the shell parking lot while getting gas and walk straight over to Papa John's“
