“My wife and I have always been a good customer to Jax and I’ve been please with the food up until tonight. We had the worst chicken dinners we’ve ever received from any restaurant. The chicken was over cooked and did not appear to be fresh whatsoever. The biscuit was hard, the coleslaw was not fresh at all and we could not eat our dinners we’re very disappointed“

“Kind, courteous, quick, and accommodating staff. I had some delicious golden crispy chicken tenders, perfectly seasoned fries, their homemade honey mustard dipping sauce, and a fantastic cookies and cream shake. Suffice to say I was not disappointed! This location also has a warm comforting atmosphere and has even set up Christmas decorations and donations for the local community. All in all an incredible experience!“

“2-18-25, Order# 951006 was 4 tacos and side of pintos and cheese ordered on website. My order lacked a spoon and the sauces listed on the order. The tacos each fell apart due to sticking to the wrapping paper. My office is 1/2 mile from this store so this should not have occurred. I feel I wasted 13.00 for tacos. I will not be visiting this store again. DO BETTER TACO BELL.“

“We had a work function and the bulk pizza order from a different Papa John's somehow got lost or delivered to the wrong place. One of our co-workers went to 5 different Papa John's to rectify/ locate our bulk lunch to no avail. It was a $150 order lost. But, this particular store was kind enough to re-make our whole order out of the kindness of their hearts. Shout out to the owner and his daughter for helping feed our group of hungry workers!“

She was very courteous and professional and made an offer that was more than generous. I accepted her offer. The food was well prepared. Thanks to Dawn the owner for her professional courtesy.“

“They are slow, got my order wrong (extra fry no slaw), but the quality of food is worth it. This location in Trussville does not offer inside seating like 280. So for the food 100% atmosphere and service I would say average nothing terrible.“

“It is usually pretty good and I left four stars a long time ago. The other day, my order was wrong, the bread was hard, there was no meat on my sandwich when I got home. ? When I returned the next day, the manager and the man working with her were nice, apologized replaced my sandwich.“
