“Classic Chinese fast food place, dining area is cleaner and more spacious than the others. As is typical, the value is good, dishes are priced well and serving portions are on the larger side. The dishes (Sweet & sour shrimp, house fried rice, general tso chicken) we got were very good. General tso's breading wasn't too thick.“

Two of the best dishes today were not on the menu but rather part of the blackboard specials - sweet pea leaves and tofu and sliced beef in stone pot. Highly recommend these two! Also surprisingly good was the "Lion's Head" meatballs....better than many others I have had. Our server was great. I didn't catch her name but she was the only female server I saw there today.“

“Best Chinese food in Birmingham. Egg rolls are HUGE and so fresh. Mongolian beef is perfect, sesame chicken is perfect, and the crab rangoons are to die for. “Food was absolutely fantastic, really fresh and delicious. We had lunch for two adults for $25, and even took home enough leftovers for another meal each. You get an egg roll, soup, and rice with your entre, it's a lot of food! The server and hostess was super sweet, and the food was brought out very quickly! “I know if a Chinese restaurant is attached to a grocery store it's going to be fire and this place exceeded expectations. Very large portions so come hungry or ready to split your food with someone. Highly recommended the seafood hot and sour, make sure you order the crispy wonton noodles with it. My husband and I did not have a single thing that wasn't phenomenal. We left very happy plus it's a super cool grocery store.“

Anything spicy I love.Carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms and zucchini are obviously fresh.Bamboo shoots and water chestnuts are clearly not fresh here in Alabama, but they add good crunch.The only thing negative I find is there is not much chicken? Food is not kept under warming lights, so pick up on time or food may get cold. I love their chicken fried rice. The Triple Delight is also good. I do not recommend the Japanese Teriyaki Chicken. It's nothing like the Japanese restaurant. It's very "Chinese-style", in a sauce with green pepper and onion, and tastes only like green pepper.“

Although they do run out of entrees from time to time, there isn’t usually a big crowd and there almost always is a free table to dine in at, there are also a few tables outside. They used to have a drive-thru but scrapped it probably because of flooding issues. Restrooms are also clean and there’s lots of parking spots.“
