“I love the food, but the staff is amazing!“

“Only giving four stars instead of five because I ordered hot fudge in my sonic brownie blast, paid the extra 30 cents and there was no hot fudge in it at all. Not really upset or anything, I get that mistakes happen, it's just happened twice now. The car-hop server Moriah was very nice and had a positive attitude for how busy it was, she had to run our card inside because the touch screen payment option was not working at all after several attempts. Food is always tasty!“

“I had the cheeseburger basket, that's not too fancy of an order but I feel its a good standard to judge by. It was excellent, the service was great and I'll be back for ice cream later. It's not fast food so don't expect that, although it didn't take long to get our food. Edit: went back for ice cream.... it was awesome. There are several ways to get your ice cream, waffle bowl, waffle cone, regular cone, cup, sundae. I had the waffle bowl with vanilla and a couple of toppings, 5 stars!“

“Slow Saturday afternoon and was coming back from a birthday party with my grandson. I ordered a Greek Gyro meal with tater cakes/sprite. Paid and off the lady went? I waited for what seemed like forever, but back out of nowhere she popped up to the window. Food was fresh and super hot and both sauces were in the bag with napkins.“

“First time trying Five Star Burgers today. I ordered through Door Dash. Possibly the best burger I have ever had. It arrived and was so hot I had to let it cool down before I could eat it. I had the double cheeseburger, and everything I wanted was on there. The curly fries were delicious, but that cheeseburger was the star of the meal. It may have been my first time ordering it, but it definitely won't be my last.“

“tonight we ordered delivery through the Wendy's app that uses door dash. 20 minutes after our food was to be delivered we called Wendy's and spoke with Ginger.our order wasn't picked up and she told us that our food wasn't just sitting waiting that they wait until the driver comes to make it. We agreed to give it a few more minutes and if nobody from door dash came to get it we would head that way and get it ourselves. Ginger took our order again, because door dash canceled it finally, and discounted our food which she didn't have to do. Even after we got home and were eating she called to let us know that 2 different drivers came to pick up our food, an hour after estimated delivery time. Thank you Ginger for being so kind and fixing a mistake that wasn't yours or Wendy's fault.“

“Sonics should all be the same it's why we stop. But, this SONIC was on another level entirely!! WOW! I don't know what they did but the cheddar peppers tasted like they hand rolled them fresh. The cheeseburger was fresh and bun was so perfect. This was an amazing visit to an already known chain, but this location is in a class of it's own. Great work team.

“The food was fine. The dining area, however, is a completely different situation. There so many flies they were landing all over me and my children. The floor was LITTERED with food and trash. I'm a manager at Taco Bell and this NEVER happens at my store because we know it takes 5 seconds to sweep and wipe down. Something McDonalds on Malvern Ave sorely needs to learn.“

“My grandson and I stopped in at the McDonald’s on Airport Road this morning and saw a packed parking lot. Wondering why, we went inside to order and saw lots of happy customers. As we approached the counter to order we saw the sweetest employee telling folks to have a great day and calling them by name. Sharon was very energetic and kind to us. After placing our orders Sharon said 37, and I asked if that was the price or our number. She replied “your age”! Now she’s my best friend!! I can’t say enough good things about the positive atmosphere, good breakfast food and prompt service we received this morning at the Airport Road McDonalds in Hot Springs, AR. And judging by the packed parking lot at 8:30, I’m not the only one who thinks so!! Give Sharon a raise!! She’s outstanding and a great example for us all.“

“I came through before closing time and I was told at the pick up window the tea was out but the guy who I'm assuming is a manager (based off the shirt he was wearing) named Taylor was super nice apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a large chocolate shake besides getting the delicious shake his customer service was excellent, he had a smile the whole time while he was handing everything out of the window, he was super nice and very polite.“

“Hot Springs AR Pizza HUT hasn't returned to sit down dining there since Covid. It's just delivery or pickup. Of course they have an app but it's a piece of Crap, I could call it worse. Never have I been able to make an account and sign in. SO even using the Order As Guest FAILS. So no way to get points Or Order through it. That leaves finding the phone number ordering in advance that way or coming into the store and waiting 15-20 minutes for your order. Love the personal plan vegetarian and personnel are good people. And they can't use the app either. Take the dahm app off Playstore until it's fixed! Mike Martin“

“I always use the drive thru bc I'm always on the go. They are always friendly at the window and the food is great. The fries are my favorite.

“The young man that answered the drive-thru was so polite so kind knew what he was talking about with the menu took my order and had it out and ready to go within 5 minutes absolutely the best experience with a fast food restaurant . Definitely a winning combination of management skills and training“

There have been a few times something was missing from order, and the employee was not smiling or said thank you. It's the simple things that matter! Overall, I would recommend this Taco Bell. “The poor worker. She was afraid to give me more than 6 black olives on my FOOT LONG sandwich for fear of her boss!! I always ask for extra and I don't get anything on my sandwich except extra pickles, extra black olives and jalapeños. I can have extra olives Karen! I didn't eat your lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, banana peppers, cucumber, onions or whatever else so I saved enough cents to allow the extra olives. I could have extra pickles just not olives. Apparently they get in trouble all the time over the black olives. There are a couple other stores in town so I don't think I'll go back to that specific store as not to tempt the workers to break the rules. Oh and you could have a free cookie if you left inside and went through the drive through and ordered there instead ? I like to see my food made c'mon! So I can make sure I get extra pickles and black olives! Who owns this store? You are giving employees a traumatic experience and lost four customers from my family. Carry on with the olive nonsense ✌

I ordered online as always. This location does accept national coupons! The store was very clean and inviting. Whoever made my sandwich was polite and friendly. They made sure to ask about my special instructions, unlike other locations where they don’t even notice those. The food tasted fresh and delicious.“

“Popeye's has the best fried chicken available full stop. Not only is their chicken seasoned perfectly, the pieces are larger than KFC for example. Yeah, it's pricey, but like in everything else, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend using their app as it always has deals and you get points for free food!“

“Beautiful location and awesome staff. The entrance is just off the street and they're located on a corner spot with tons of windows great for people watching. Online and in store ordering are easy, but they'll get pretty busy every now and again. Online ordering took longer than just walking in. Hubert lemonade is a definite bonus.
