“Hello, We are visiting from NC and we are celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary. Arrowhead Grill made our experience really special and truly thankful for the excellent service and atmosphere!! Our server Megan (along with assistant and alternate server) was very attentive and when we walked to our table I noticed the red flower petals which was really lovely. Thank you so much the food was amazing, this place will always be our annual visit when coming to AZ. My favorite and will never change is the Chilean seabass..hats of to the chef!! “I went in for some lunch and I ordered 2 fish tacos with a small shrimp cocktail. This was my first time and they did not disappoint. The fish tacos were filling enough to be honest. The shrimp cocktail was also very delicious. I will definitely be going here again. Also the staff was super helpful in letting me know the specials going on.“

“Assolutamente fantastico!! Never has there been an Italian restaurant that offered so many wonderful choices for just about any diet. Are you kidding me? Zoodles? Spaghetti Squash? This is also one of the few places left that still have angel hair pasta and they use deliciously perfect Roma tomatoes. No sugar added tomato sauce AND everything made in-house? Wow...that's about all I can say about this wonderful gem in the desert. Everything had taste bud pleasing flavor, portion sizes are perfect and at a very decent price. Not to mention service was perfect, immediate and very accommodating. Whether this was a lucky night for us, or the usual for this wonderful place, they have new fans that will back for more. There is a ton of variety to the menu which requires more visits to experience. Don't pass this place up! The only suggestion is the artichoke leaves could be a little more tender using the baby leaves only, however, they are delicious and worth a try.“

“Our server, Rania, was better than great, she was absolutely fantastic! She was personable and professional, and she brightened up our poor dining experience. The restaurant was quiet and the atmosphere was relaxed and that's where the good ended and the terrible began. I'm 6'2" tall and the plush seats were of such poor quality, that I literally sank into the cushion. So much so, that my "posterior" was below my kneecaps. Others in my party made the same complaints among ourselves. The food was delicious, but served luke warm at best. At $85.00 P/P, you'd think that a planned Thanksgiving dinner would be served hot from the kitchen to the table. At the end of the meal, we had coffee and dessert. Even the coffee was served luke warm and that's how the night ended. For a place with a supposed stellar reputation, it fell FLAT ON ITS FACE!! FYI... I notated my remarks on OpenTable (where I made the reservation) and to the American Express Platinum Concierge Department (who recommended the restaurant). Remember, first impressions are lasting impressions.“

“Overall, it is a clean, inviting space. Food was made fresh to order. My husband had the chicken and veggies. I had the pork and veggies. A solid 3 out of 5. We got the combos, which included an egg roll and fried shrimp. Neither was my personal preference. Both the egg roll and shrimp were heavily breaded and flavorless. My pork was very tinder. The sauce was great. Rice was a little hard. I'll try it once more.“

“We went after the CK memorial, so you can imagine the crowds of people. The hostess (I wish I got her name) she was smiling the whole time and really welcoming. She is so pleasant and managed the waitlist efficiently and precisely. We only waited 20 minutes for a table. Our server Cee (her name tag indicated that she is a team lead as well) was incredible. She got quadruple sat with tables and nailed her points of service. She took everyone’s drink orders, dropped off all the drinks, then took food orders, and consistently checked everyone in her section. She also had an amazing support staff that helped deliver food and drinks. In its entirety, the team shows that they work together to optimize a great experience for their customers. While most people focus on food criticism, I enjoy recognizing those who work hard. I hope management sees this and gives this team a much deserved recognition. GREAT JOB HNJ!!“
