Starbucks in Glendale

“Apparently you need a code to use their restroom now. I came in to make a purchase but also needed to use the facilities... didn't appreciate being told I had to be a paying customer to use the restroom. After making my purchase I wasn't given the code, luckily an employee was coming in from taking out the trash and gave it to me. I've lived in this neighborhood since 1999, it left me with a lot of questions...“

“Sarah and Zayn went above and beyond this afternoon ! I had a lot of tedious questions and Sarah was extremely sweet and patient while answering everything that I needed. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone as they are always friendly and helpful.“

“I visited this Starbucks plenty of times and the service is usually pretty decent. However, today the service was exceptional! Aiden was polite, professional, and prompt! Our drinks were perfection embodied! What stood out though, is that this young man—Aiden—mistakenly dropped a cup meant for one of our drinks. Without hesitation, nor glance around to see if anyone saw, he picked it up, threw it in the bin, and grabbed a clean cup! I’ve seen other workers at different stores pick up an item from the floor and use it without batting an eye, and getting a new [clean] item is not the common decency others demonstrate! “Purchased a Venti but felt light. Could not drink till I got home 5 min later. Opened before drinking and seen it was missing a lot of coffee. Like they gave me a grande in a venti cup and filled the rest with whipped cream. The whipped cream was shrinking and this what was left .“

“My mom and I stopped in on 10/28 but are super indecisive. Emely was patient as we figured out our orders and even decided to prepare a small sample so my mom could make sure she liked her drink. Thanks for going the extra mile and the kind service, we appreciated it!“

“A visit to Starbucks is pretty standard. My drink was made correctly and it tasted great. The barista was not very friendly, which surprised me, as I go to different Starbucks locations often & rarely encounter grumpy staff. Maybe just a bad day! All-in-all, this is a nice location with a nice patio.“

“Gabriela's presence was very welcoming. The time is 12:41 pm on Dec 06,2019. Im unsure of the lady she is working with but shes handling every order with a smile. I just found out I was accepted for a position and they just made my joy and day that much more of a blessing !! They also had a line and was able to get it down a VERY reasonable time!“

“Came in 530pm Sunday. I needed 10 large refreshers to go in a hurry for a family who had a relative that just passed away. Your employees picked out the flavors per my request, got everything done quickly and cheerfully, and helped me get it all in my car. The two young guys were especially helpful, and a nice young girl assisted, too. They were all so sweet and so professional. Starbucks should be extremely proud of this crew on Sunday, June 29. “Usually a good experience. Today however, when I arrived to pick up my pre-ordered coffee, it wasn’t good. I walked in, I saw my coffee, I went to the barista and gave my name. She scanned the coffees sitting on the bar, said nothing, and went back to making coffees and handing out coffees. After standing there and waiting for 5 minutes, she asked for my name again. I gave her my name and she gave me my coffee which was sitting there the whole time. What kind of service is that??!! I have a name for people like that....“

“Just order two drinks and snacks. The service was great, the drinks were made perfect and the snacks were warmed up. The baristas even left encouraging notes on our cups which had never happened before ☺️ they even gave us a package of siracha for the bacon and egg wrap, I didn't even know they had siracha.“

“Linda at Starbucks is the BEST! Looked in 15 different Starbucks for the Arizona logo mug and when I called she held one for me! “Shout out the 7/13/24 11:20 crew. Was in from out of town, had been getting 2 coffees a day and on the last evening there, no syrup had been put into my coffee. Adding on to the fact I had to wait 16 minutes and also ask for my MoBiLe order upon arrival (7/12/24). That next morning as we were pulling out of town, I ordered in store and quickly explained, as I needed my coffee correct this am to make a 10 hour drive. The employee, Nathan, was kind, helpful and apologetic about what happened and comped my morning coffee. Just made this location stick out for me. Thanks so much!“

“This starbucks is usually on point. I have a special order and 99% of the time it's perfect. Plus on the days that I dont want coffee I can stop for a water when it's hot and a pup cup for my dog and they are always very sweet and accommodating“
