“You can tell immediately walking into En Route that this place is popular — busy, loud, trendy music going, and honestly very cute inside. It’s part café, part eatery, with drinks, food, herbal teas (unsweetened options — always appreciated), plus a fun retail vibe with local makers selling candles, jewelry, wellness goodies, jams, etc. I actually picked up some jewelry while I was there, which made the visit feel a little more experiential than your average coffee stop.

Menu is extensive, but if you’re vegan, you’ll likely be customizing rather than ordering straight off the menu. They were totally accommodating though — I customized an açaí blue magic smoothie bowl that turned out really good. Bonus points for serving it in a square container — random, but I’ve had a LOT of açaí bowls and that was a first. Cute, different, memorable.

Service was helpful but a bit flat energy-wise. I get that it was busy, but a little warmth at the register would’ve matched the otherwise vibey atmosphere better. Not bad service — just not the friendliest front-facing experience.

I also grabbed the last vegan baked good from a local brand (“Yum”) — a cinnamon roll cake muffin. Loved seeing a local vegan baker represented, though the frosting leaned too sweet for me and the texture was more coffee-cake-adjacent than muffin. Appreciated the option, even if I wouldn’t reorder.

Overall: great herbal tea selection (hot or iced loose leaf options = yes please), strong aesthetic, fun retail element, and a solid spot if you’re okay customizing for vegan needs. Definitely a cute hangout café with personality.“

“It was and usually is busy here. The wait time was to be 30-40 minutes, but, only had to wait about 10 minutes and it was Veterans Day, which they honor Veterans with a free meal. We had, wife and I, a good meal and experience. We go here several times throughout the year, every time has been great. Thanks Olive Garden.“

But the owner pointed out that they have that huge fan, which we didn't see at first, and we can sit right in front of it. The restaurant had only one other table so we both benefited from it. I used to ask other smoothie shops to do this, but they would say that they’re not allowed to, or they would do it saying they could only do it when the owner wasn’t there. So seeing this Robeks do this without me asking was very pleasant.

“Two yogurts was $24.71 !!! wtf 😬. It was good . Did like the selection. Cashier had zero personality, keep going in the back. Appears she was by herself. Not sure why that is . Had to sit outside with our expensive yogurt as it was freezing inside. Probably will not go back as I can’t afford it 😬🥴“

“Picked up salads for dinner tonight! We love all the different options they offer for a build your own salad. There’s a good variety of proteins, dressings, and toppings. The prices are great considering how much you get with each salad. We also love the different flavored lemonades they have. This location is always fast and the employees are nice.“

“Have yet to try their food, but I had to write a review just for the customer service over the phone ALONE! Michaela helped me so so much. I called to ask multiple questions as my Fiance and I are considering Babbos for our wedding catering. She took my number down to give to the catering manager since they were not in when I called and I wanted to come in for a tasting. She also thouroughly answered any questions I had for the dine in menu in case we wanted to go in tonight. She was so polite, even helping me navigate their website over the phone. Michaela was very professional and kind. Thank you so much!! This staff member deserves to be recognized. I cannot tell you how many times I have had bad customer service experiences where the representative/staff seemed annoyed or bothered when you ask for help. This call made me excited to come in!!!“

“some of the WORST Mexican food ever. flavorless disgusting makes me want to spit it out and eat tacobell instead. The tables are filthy, wait staff took over 10 minutes to get our drink order. the only positive thing is they have good drinks and salsa the out of the can refried beans were amazing.“

“We recently moved to the area and decided to try this place out. They have a wide selection of noodle dishes, all which looked amazing. After some help from the store manager, Valerie, I decided on the Spicy Korean dish and my wife had the Japanese Udon noodles with steak. We also added a side of dumplings. The order came out quickly. The portions were big and everything tasted good. I can honestly say we were not disappointed and will be back again!“
