“Just returned to this great chicken place. I thought I would make my place to go to for chicken and this was my third visit. Everything was great as usual, but I have to say the loud music turn me off so badly. Wasn’t that way before. I don’t know if I can come back and eat in. But this is what this seems to be now let’s turn the music up so loud people can’t think much less have a conversation if their withsomeone or hear what someone says to them on their cell phone. I asked if they would mind turning it down and they were going to,but somehow never happened.“

“I have gotten the combo which has crispy chicken and steamed chicken and it comes with rice, cucumbers, a broth, and then I got the Thai sauce. Highly recommend the Thai sauce. And the pomegranate tea. The steamed chicken is so moist and tender. It’s literally unreal. The crispy chicken is so good. It doesn’t feel way down. Everything is light.
It’s so clean. This is my first time will be coming back.“

“I only go here to order the same thing every time. Two grilled tenders kids meals with fries & apple juice. Very simple right? Well why am I parked to wait every time for a very long time? If it’s to prepare the grilled chicken at least wait to put the fries in the bag so that they’re not COLD.“

“The Ahwatukee location is by far the best location to visit! Everyone on the morning team is exceptional, but we just love Jakob and Omar! They are so friendly and my 4 year old just loves them. They always make him feel super special and he tells people they are his friends. :) Food is always delicious and I want to thank this location for always making me a custom salad at 630am. It seems small, but it allows me to stay at work and not have to go back out for my lunch in the heat. Thank you for your kindness and great service Ahwatukee location. ❤“

“The food is amazing!! It tastes so very fresh! This is the only Chinese restaurant that I go to EVER!! The customer service is good and the owners behind the counter are nice and friendly and always smiling. You can order pick up over the phone or on their website online. Only downside is that it is very small on the inside and the only have 2 very small tables and chairs.“

“I'm really not a big fan of fast food, but I do enjoy Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers once in a while. Their motto is that the chicken is never frozen and that they cook it fresh while you're ordering. It's actually pretty good, and I've only gotten food two times, which didn't appear to be freshly cooked.“

“The food are fresh, hot and delicious. 😍😋 I really liked the salsa and it's spicy just wish they sold it by the ounce. The restroom is always open to customers instead of telling them to unlock it. The drinks are free refill. It's a good environment and you can always eat outside too. Good customer service 👍“

“We went through the drive through after my son’s baseball game and ordered 2 kids meals. My other son had what I thought, was a gift certificate for a free kids meal from his school. Unbeknownst to me it was missing the actual tear-off certificate. The woman at the window was so understanding and kind and said she would accept it anyways. Then a minute later, she handed me both kids meals and said BOTH were taken care of. WOW! Thank you so much.“

“It's been awhile since I've had Chick-Fil-A and we were close by this one all day. This location is unique in the sense that you can only walk up and counter order from an outdoor kiosk or use the drive thru. There's a shaded lovely area to eat at if it's not too hot, though misters help a little if it is. Monica was super friendly taking both orders (for there and to go) and the food was prompt, hot and delicious. Tried a mashup sandwich from @Iamfromkorea and is was decadent. They seem to run a really smooth operation here and the delivery orders they where pushing out were gargantuan.“

“We don't have a Cane's where we are, so we were excited to visit. No hand towels in restroom, no soap, out of ketchup, ice ran out, which is somewhat understandable for a Friday night. There were 8/9 staff, roughly 12-15 people in and out while we were there. Okay, but, the reason for this post? We all got sick later that night and the next day. Seems like the chicken was under cooked. We hope next time is better. Thank you.“

“Since I arrived in Phoenix 5 years ago, I had not eaten at a Pollo Loco, the person who served me was an African-American man, and to my surprise, he was the kindest person there (the other employee was Mexican). I always try to be kind where I make my lunch, I tried to be nice to them by smiling and saying hello, but they were hostile to me, but John (a black guy) was very sweet, kind, and did his job with pleasure. I give him 5 stars, the other employees should learn from him.“

“Always a good experience at this location. Super friendly staff, the food is fresh and hot and the dining room and bathrooms were clean. They had someone cleaning the dining tables as people were leaving so that was nice to see. Good drink selection and the outside seating was nice too. Ask for the bread to be buttered on both sides, it's a game changer, also ask for hot sauce. Just learned they have honey mustard in case you don't like the canes sauce.“

“Food was great, when the waitress brought our food she recognized that my wife's nuggets were fried instead of grilled without being asked she quickly fixed them. Linda, another waitress was really sweet to us, refilled our drinks, and made sure we were taken care of. Great place for lunch.“

“The Customer Service is off the charts outstanding. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is more than willing to go the extra mile. Out of all of the fast food places Chick-fil-A is the benchmark standard of how ideal Customer Service should be. Even observing the employs while I’m eating my food it’s blatantly obvious the employees are happy to be there. I’m totally in love with the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. You just can’t go wrong with that. It’s always delectable.“

“I have been here a few times. Always a great product. But the customer service here is perfection!!!! Tonight Anna helped me. She was awesome. The sweetest woman I have ever come across. And then to watch her help others that needed alot of help ordering. She never lost her genuine smile and she was so sweet to the man. I had to tell her before I left. I believe if I looked up definition of perfection her picture would be there.

“I been to this location multiple times it’s always good. Recently they had an event it was very nice. My son loved everything he got to get his faces painted he got free stuff balloons as swords got to take a picture with the cow 🐮 it was a nice experience. Great customer service“

“The sandwich was good but def was not a fan of the fries were flavorless and I love my fries to be crispy these were mushy and then when I tried to shake the chicken in the bag with buffalo sauce the bag ripped open so I got covered in sauce. Would I try chick fil a again sure but just the sandwich only“

“The food was as wonderful as any other location.
It was extremely busy, being at the lunch hour of ASU. It was by far the longest wait I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A, but they had good attitudes and were working diligently to try to keep up. That makes the difference; that they seem to care.
Next time I'm back in town, I'd stop again, hopefully not at lunch hour.“
