“Just returned to this great chicken place. I thought I would make my place to go to for chicken and this was my third visit. Everything was great as usual, but I have to say the loud music turn me off so badly. Wasn’t that way before. I don’t know if I can come back and eat in. But this is what this seems to be now let’s turn the music up so loud people can’t think much less have a conversation if their withsomeone or hear what someone says to them on their cell phone. I asked if they would mind turning it down and they were going to,but somehow never happened.“

“The cashier Adam S. Was extremely professional, super attentive and had great customer service skills. I expressed what I wanted and he made sure it was exactly how I envisioned it. I’ve worked in a background for many years of customer service and food and beverage industry and he definitely has leadership qualities!! I rarely leave reviews due to the fact that the service industry seems a little lackluster recently. so it was refreshing to be served by an employee who you can tell really cares about the work he produces and the experience he sets.“

“I have gotten the combo which has crispy chicken and steamed chicken and it comes with rice, cucumbers, a broth, and then I got the Thai sauce. Highly recommend the Thai sauce. And the pomegranate tea. The steamed chicken is so moist and tender. It’s literally unreal. The crispy chicken is so good. It doesn’t feel way down. Everything is light.
It’s so clean. This is my first time will be coming back.“

“The Ahwatukee location is by far the best location to visit! Everyone on the morning team is exceptional, but we just love Jakob and Omar! They are so friendly and my 4 year old just loves them. They always make him feel super special and he tells people they are his friends. :) Food is always delicious and I want to thank this location for always making me a custom salad at 630am. “Don't frequent fast food ever but have had a good experience the few times I've dined at chick-fil-a so decided to stop in before BMX racing. This outfit is a very well oiled machine, its done with a bright smile and the people are truly fantastic. Food came out fas, they were having a cow showing with crafts etc. My son had a great time and the food did not disappoint. It was that good.

“The food are fresh, hot and delicious. 😍😋 I really liked the salsa and it's spicy just wish they sold it by the ounce. The restroom is always open to customers instead of telling them to unlock it. The drinks are free refill. It's a good environment and you can always eat outside too. Good customer service 👍“

“We went through the drive through after my son’s baseball game and ordered 2 kids meals. My other son had what I thought, was a gift certificate for a free kids meal from his school. Unbeknownst to me it was missing the actual tear-off certificate. The woman at the window was so understanding and kind and said she would accept it anyways. Then a minute later, she handed me both kids meals and said BOTH were taken care of. WOW! Thank you so much.“

“It's been awhile since I've had Chick-Fil-A and we were close by this one all day. This location is unique in the sense that you can only walk up and counter order from an outdoor kiosk or use the drive thru. There's a shaded lovely area to eat at if it's not too hot, though misters help a little if it is. Monica was super friendly taking both orders (for there and to go) and the food was prompt, hot and delicious. Tried a mashup sandwich from @Iamfromkorea and is was decadent. They seem to run a really smooth operation here and the delivery orders they where pushing out were gargantuan.“

“We don't have a Cane's where we are, so we were excited to visit. No hand towels in restroom, no soap, out of ketchup, ice ran out, which is somewhat understandable for a Friday night. There were 8/9 staff, roughly 12-15 people in and out while we were there. Okay, but, the reason for this post? We all got sick later that night and the next day. Seems like the chicken was under cooked. We hope next time is better. Thank you.“

“Always a good experience at this location. Super friendly staff, the food is fresh and hot and the dining room and bathrooms were clean. They had someone cleaning the dining tables as people were leaving so that was nice to see. Good drink selection and the outside seating was nice too. Ask for the bread to be buttered on both sides, it's a game changer, also ask for hot sauce. Just learned they have honey mustard in case you don't like the canes sauce.“

“I went through the drive-thru today with my mom and we honestly couldn’t appreciate the help we got from one of your workers, Simina, enough. She was super polite and had a smile on her face the whole time. She helped us so kindly and even reminded us by asking, “Do you have the app to scan?” which we always forget.
She was patient, friendly, and just made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their job and the customers. It’s rare to see customer service like that nowadays, and she truly made our visit better. Simina is a great example of excellent customer service, and we will definitely remember this experience because of her!“

“Great First Day Back!

We visited Chick-fil-A on their first day reopening after months of remodeling, and it was absolutely worth the wait. The restaurant looks beautiful — very clean, updated, and much more open.

The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and impressively fast. I went back up to order more fries, and Denis at the counter even remembered my name, which really stood out. The service and food were both excellent, and I’m so glad they’re open again.

Highly recommend stopping by — they’re off to a great start!“

“Food was great, when the waitress brought our food she recognized that my wife's nuggets were fried instead of grilled without being asked she quickly fixed them. Linda, another waitress was really sweet to us, refilled our drinks, and made sure we were taken care of. Great place for lunch.“

It was extremely busy, being at the lunch hour of ASU. It was by far the longest wait I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A, but they had good attitudes and were working diligently to try to keep up. That makes the difference; that they seem to care.

“I tried the Crispy Chicken Deluxe at Chick-fil-A and it was a solid choice overall. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which is what Chick-fil-A usually does well. The lettuce, tomato, and cheese added freshness and made the sandwich feel more filling. The bun was soft and held everything together nicely. Their Siracha sauce is so good also. It’s a tasty option if you’re in the mood for a classic crispy chicken sandwich.“

“The sandwich was good but def was not a fan of the fries were flavorless and I love my fries to be crispy these were mushy and then when I tried to shake the chicken in the bag with buffalo sauce the bag ripped open so I got covered in sauce. Would I try chick fil a again sure but just the sandwich only“
