“Just returned to this great chicken place. I thought I would make my place to go to for chicken and this was my third visit. Everything was great as usual, but I have to say the loud music turn me off so badly. Wasn’t that way before. I don’t know if I can come back and eat in. But this is what this seems to be now let’s turn the music up so loud people can’t think much less have a conversation if their withsomeone or hear what someone says to them on their cell phone. I asked if they would mind turning it down and they were going to,but somehow never happened.“

“The ribs are absolutely phenomenal. The meat smoking process makes the ribs tender, flavorful, and melt in your mouth. These are the best ribs in AZ hands down. Don’t even get me started on the fried chicken….. it’s fried in beef tallow, it’s crispy when you bite into the meat, and then you’re hit with the most moist texture. It’s like rotisserie chicken tender but fried. It’s giving KFC original recipe from back in the day. The BBQ sauce is lit, the beans are a hit, you get pickles with your meal, and the Mule drink is delicious. I’m coming back. This place is gem. Please visit. Support this local

“I have gotten the combo which has crispy chicken and steamed chicken and it comes with rice, cucumbers, a broth, and then I got the Thai sauce. Highly recommend the Thai sauce. And the pomegranate tea. The steamed chicken is so moist and tender. It’s literally unreal. The crispy chicken is so good. It doesn’t feel way down. Everything is light.
It’s so clean. This is my first time will be coming back.“

“The Ahwatukee location is by far the best location to visit! Everyone on the morning team is exceptional, but we just love Jakob and Omar! They are so friendly and my 4 year old just loves them. They always make him feel super special and he tells people they are his friends. :) Food is always delicious and I want to thank this location for always making me a custom salad at 630am. It seems small, but it allows me to stay at work and not have to go back out for my lunch in the heat. Thank you for your kindness and great service Ahwatukee location. ❤“

“We went through the drive through after my son’s baseball game and ordered 2 kids meals. My other son had what I thought, was a gift certificate for a free kids meal from his school. Unbeknownst to me it was missing the actual tear-off certificate. The woman at the window was so understanding and kind and said she would accept it anyways. Then a minute later, she handed me both kids meals and said BOTH were taken care of. WOW! Thank you so much.“

“The food are fresh, hot and delicious. 😍😋 I really liked the salsa and it's spicy just wish they sold it by the ounce. The restroom is always open to customers instead of telling them to unlock it. The drinks are free refill. It's a good environment and you can always eat outside too. Good customer service 👍“

“The food is amazing!! It tastes so very fresh! This is the only Chinese restaurant that I go to EVER!! The customer service is good and the owners behind the counter are nice and friendly and always smiling. You can order pick up over the phone or on their website online. Only downside is that it is very small on the inside and the only have 2 very small tables and chairs.“

“I'm really not a big fan of fast food, but I do enjoy Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers once in a while. Their motto is that the chicken is never frozen and that they cook it fresh while you're ordering. It's actually pretty good, and I've only gotten food two times, which didn't appear to be freshly cooked.“

A little disappointed they didn't have ranch dressing. If you like chicken tenders, that's all they do- and the chicken sandwich made with the chicken tenders is surprisingly good!“

“The Customer Service is off the charts outstanding. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is more than willing to go the extra mile. Out of all of the fast food places Chick-fil-A is the benchmark standard of how ideal Customer Service should be. Even observing the employs while I’m eating my food it’s blatantly obvious the employees are happy to be there. I’m totally in love with the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. “Since I arrived in Phoenix 5 years ago, I had not eaten at a Pollo Loco, the person who served me was an African-American man, and to my surprise, he was the kindest person there (the other employee was Mexican). I always try to be kind where I make my lunch, I tried to be nice to them by smiling and saying hello, but they were hostile to me, but John (a black guy) was very sweet, kind, and did his job with pleasure. I give him 5 stars, the other employees should learn from him.“

“The love that I have for raising canes is unreal. I remember when my parents introduced me and my siblings to them. We would literally go every other week and get a box combo for all five of us and just sit in the car and eat it drinking our large palmer lemonade. years passing, I have a friend of mine who has never been, and I was so offended by it that I literally had to take her in to try it. She loved it, and I was so happy to share a good memory of my childhood with her. The staff are extremely lovely and helpful. They were extremely kind, not only to me, but to her as she is an older lady and made sure we were okay with our meal.“

“I have been here a few times. Always a great product. But the customer service here is perfection!!!! Tonight Anna helped me. She was awesome. The sweetest woman I have ever come across. And then to watch her help others that needed alot of help ordering. She never lost her genuine smile and she was so sweet to the man. I had to tell her before I left. I believe if I looked up definition of perfection her picture would be there.

“Yummy crispy fried chicken with pickles and avocado lime ranch with healthier variations of sandwich like multigrain bun. Would highly recommend to try spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with multigrain bun is very much satisfying lunch with perfect spice.“

“This is not your typical chicken shack and/or fast-food joint but it does have their usual brand and selection menu as well as special offerings. I must say, most Chik-Fi-A’s tend to be well above average as fast food. And this location does as well if not better than most. To date, after multiple visits, I find this location to be above average. As an occasional junk food-eater I've over the years dutifully tried almost everything on Chik-Fil-A‘s menu at least once, sometimes even more. So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast-food joint can be! I gauge: 1) cleanliness; 2) quality service; 3) product quality and consistency; 4) convenience; 5) accessibility; 6) taste; and 7) the personnel’s attitude and customer service level. I do not review any location without visiting it a minimum of twice. This place scores 3.8 of 5 – as I said, above average. I will continue to come back and do recommend it! As a side note, their drive through is incredible – makes one wish other take-outs would be as efficient and pleasant. And, I must add that for the most part they are also well above average in not messing up your order. Good job guys!“

“The sandwich was good but def was not a fan of the fries were flavorless and I love my fries to be crispy these were mushy and then when I tried to shake the chicken in the bag with buffalo sauce the bag ripped open so I got covered in sauce. “This Chick-fil-A is on the ASU downtown campus and it gets very busy at lunchtime and quite full as people wait for their food. However, staff like Maria and Patty maintain such joyful attitudes while doing their job that it’s hard to be upset about how crowded the area is.“
