“We did get someone else’s food (went through the drive thru), plus what I had ordered. The drive thru was very busy. Didn’t realize that I got extra food, until I got home. But still my favorite place to get hotdogs ❤️❤️❤️“

“We went in around 5:30 tonight.Waited about 15 minutes in line to order. Total wait time till we got our food was an hour and a half. Im not complaining that was to be expected coming to a new place after just opening. Only reason for writing a review is because of Ethan. He said he's normally in the back and it was his first day on the floor. He was constantly running around to the tables checking on the guests that were waiting for their food to see if there was anything he could do to serve them. When he came to our table the 2nd time we asked if something happened in the back because we noticed that orders hadn't been coming out in about 10 minutes. We werent angry or upset just genuinely curious. He apologized for the wait explained they were very backed up, asked to see our receipt to personally check on our order. He then power walked to the back and quickly came back to tell us our food was about 10 to 20 mins longer and brought me my peach tea that I had been waiting on because the person at the counter said it would come out with the food and he noticed I didn't have it. He seemed a bit nervous to tell us about the wait and kept apologizing. We assured him that it was ok and not a problem, its to be expected and he was doing a great job and he just had to keep doing what he was doing. 15 minutes later our food arrived. Food was decent, better then Cane's. But the service Ethan provided during this chaotic time was outstanding. That kid is a Rockstar!“

“I genuinely love this location. I never write reviews but they deserve it. I’ve gone to this location multiple times over the past year during the late night and they always exceptionally deliver. Their costumer service is shockingly amazing for a chain fast food place. And every time I get my food it’s made perfectly. Their night crew is awesome and are always sweet no matter who’s at window. I wasn’t even craving taco bell tonight but I decided to go here instead of the place across the street because I know they have much better attitudes here. Thank you guys!!“

“Really like the Hook and Ladder and the Club on a Sub (same as H&L but with bacon). REALLY liked their Thanksgiving Sub and wish they'd have it full time! Service is friendly and efficient. Zander gets a special shout-out; he's super-nice staff member.“
