“We LOVE going to the great wolf lodge! We try to go about twice a yr or more. They are finished setting up for their winter wonderland so now is the time to go! They have "snow" at the nightly dance parties, little igloos you can rent out for cocoa with the Family, and a good hot breakfast buffet in the morning for a great price!“

“This place always will go above and beyond for their loyal and patient customers who can speak up if there's a problem and encourage the staff (who need raises) to have fun making the drinks. The manager operates this phenomenal customer service place to the highest quality and standard. Headquarters in the east coast would be proud! Thank you.“

“This place had terrible service 6 months ago had my order thrown at me they have since restarted new people and this morning at 530am I get the window shit in my cause I was smoking in my vehicle I put it out, there are no signs and the extremely rude employee in a very nasty tone closes the windows says you can't smoke in the drive thru. When they came back I apologize and she remained dead silent. Look there a right way and the wrong to do things. Your in a customer service industry being just a little nicer goes a long way I stopped going there for 6 months refused my family to go there we eat out every morning all 4 of us DD is 800 feet from my house, so again guess we are going to Einstein Bagels moving forward also the owners are unreachable and managers never available or put it back on the owners. Then the website says independently owned and corporate won't do anything. There also no working number for this location. This place is always like this. Apparently they don't care about customer service.“

“I just want to give a warm thank you to the guy with the beard and the staff that were closing and opened the drive thru window and helped me and my mom after she picked me up from surgery across the street. Their kindness was nothing short of a miracle. I needed a hot tea to soothe my throat and we got the last vanilla frosted donut for my little boy in the back seat yelling he wants a donut. Thank you so much for your kindness, it made such a difference in my life that day when I needed it the most. Happy Holidays! Also I read the other reviews…I’ve been inside this location and they always got my order right and were literally the most friendly staff I’ve ever met. The older gentleman I call “Dunkin Donuts Santa!” Thank you for your service and for staying open to help me in a desperate time.“

“Met a friend for coffee there and we also had breakfast. We ordered bagel egg bacon ? and ? cheese and a croissant with turkey sausage egg and cheese. We each had half of what the other one had and both were very good. Fresh and filling and quite enjoyable. We'll definitely be back.“

They should train the staff at the Youngtown location how to treat customers.“
