“This team is truly one of the best! I had the pleasure of being helped by two outstanding team members, a kind, tattooed gentleman and a wonderful Native American woman, both around middle age. They were incredibly attentive, quick, and made sure my order was not only done fast but absolutely perfect. “This place had terrible service 6 months ago had my order thrown at me they have since restarted new people and this morning at 530am I get the window shit in my cause I was smoking in my vehicle I put it out, there are no signs and the extremely rude employee in a very nasty tone closes the windows says you can't smoke in the drive thru. When they came back I apologize and she remained dead silent. Look there a right way and the wrong to do things. Your in a customer service industry being just a little nicer goes a long way I stopped going there for 6 months refused my family to go there we eat out every morning all 4 of us DD is 800 feet from my house, so again guess we are going to Einstein Bagels moving forward also the owners are unreachable and managers never available or put it back on the owners. Then the website says independently owned and corporate won't do anything. There also no working number for this location. This place is always like this. Apparently they don't care about customer service.“
“Food had a lot of flavor, but price is NOT worth what they give you. It was nearly $4 for loaded hash browns, but there was only about three small bites in the container. Ham and Swiss pretzel sliders are over $5, but you get about two bites each (I got the same thing at another location, but I swear their sliders were slightly bigger). The drink I got was a $5 Coolatta. It took a few sips to get used to it, but the taste ended up being pretty good. It was very refreshing! The service was pretty good. One of the guys was kind of funny. I liked the atmosphere as well. I just don’t think the portion sizes are worth the cost. I’ll pick lots of other restaurants over Dunkin’ in the future.“
“Had great service at this location. Was helped right away after looking at what I wanted. I was even going to do the self ordering but the nice gentleman offered to ring us up. Awesome service
They should train the staff at the Youngtown location how to treat customers.“
“We LOVE going to the great wolf lodge! We try to go about twice a yr or more. They are finished setting up for their winter wonderland so now is the time to go! They have "snow" at the nightly dance parties, little igloos you can rent out for cocoa with the Family, and a good hot breakfast buffet in the morning for a great price!“
