“This was one of the cleanest Starbucks I have been to in years. Staff was friendly and upbeat. I did not order food just a cinnamon dolce and a chia latte both were delicious. The table area was very nice, would be a nice place to take the time to sit, drink and read a chapter or 2.

Parking: Be careful the drive thru patrons do not drive slow even though they are in a parking lot. That part was dangerous.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is access but the drive thru patrons are dangerous be VERY Careful the access ramp is at the driveway to the drive thru.“

“Love this location. The staff is helpful and friendly. My only issue is that recently they have decided to treat the place like a nightclub rather than a coffee shop.... They have the music up loud! It is neither conducive for personal conversations and/or phone calls. If I wanted a nightclub atmosphere I would have gone to a nightclub rather than Starbucks.“

“I came in furious because I ordered from Uber Eats and my order was wrong but the people in this location took care of me! I was so upset because my order was wrong but the way I treated and taken care here was so wonderful!! My drink was corrected and was so delicious!!! I made sure I apologized to the cashier profusely because I was way too upset over a drink that can be corrected! This location is top tier !!!“

“This location is the best in Arizona. The staff is beyond amazing. I come in here regularly and they’re so professional and kind. Orders are given out timely and with a smile. Everyone is extremely patient. Other Starbucks locations do not compare. They need to use this store location as a model for the company. They exceed expectations regularly. “Nice place, friendly drive-thru. I was traveling through, and I did notice with the first drink that the shots in my iced mocha were not only not burnt, but the cup was probably swirled with mocha in it as the shots pulled so it incorporated smoothly and had that nice sweetness. So, well done! I really appreciate it, that kind of applied skill to a well made drink.“

“This specific location is the best Starbucks I have ever been to, and I’ve been to MANY. The moment you walk through the door, one of the staff members always greets you and acknowledges you. If they can’t help you immediately, they communicate that they will help you in a moment.
Whoever the manager is of this shift and the entire staff needs a raise.
In addition to the amazing staff, they are very particular about the way they make the drinks. I don’t know what they do different but the lattes, cold brews and espresso just tastes better and fresh at this location.“

“Had a really nice experience here studying and getting work done with my life. Walked in to jazz & standards playing which set a nice vibe for getting work done. Baristas were nice enough to make me a pourover as well for a dark roast. Will be back!“

Most of these 1 star reviews are idiotic, irrelevant and harsh to say the least. “This is a cozy location out of 3 in the area. The staff is what makes this location great. Awesome chill atmosphere, new chairs outside. For breakfast the bacon sausage wrap is my choice it's filling too. Yup and some staff knows my order before I order it... AWESOME! It's the little things that stand out the most to me...smiles and cheer even with a full drive thru. Get here and enjoy!

“Live in New York, but in-laws and extended family lives in the area, and frequent this Starbucks often as it’s in walking distance to where we stay.

I’ve been coming here for years, and during that time, a large portion of the staff, has remained the same. That should tell you everything about the work environment and overall vibe of the store. Super friendly, lots of local locals come and hang out.

I always have a great experience, but today in particular, when I walked over after placing my order on the app, there is a sign on the door that said they were only doing orders through the drive-through for the time being. Since I didn’t have a car, I called the store, and without me having to tell them, they knew who I was, said they were going to remake my drink because it had gotten a little water down, and then hand-delivered it to me outside.

Wish I got this person’s name, because they were super friendly and went above and beyond. Thanks, Starbucks team!“

“It's not new that their service is always awesome and their drinks are just as delicious. No complaints ever and they always have my favorite sandwiches, the slow roasted ham and Swiss and the tomato basil, in stock which makes me happy.“

“I ordered a decaffeinated coffee drink and the girl who was working there around 8:45 am Oct. 11, 2024 (I didn’t catch her name) made the drink with caffeinated coffee, but then told me that she was making a new one that was decaf since she made a mistake. She didn’t have to do that, but she went out of her way to make sure I got the right drink and I’m really thankful for that. Really great service!“

“I come here every morning for the same order, and the staff is always so sweet. They even write little notes on the bags, which makes my day. My coffee is made perfectly every time, and I’ve never had any issues with my order. I’ve tried other locations, but it’s just not the same—the baristas here truly make great coffee!“

“I visited this store a few minutes ago on 1/9/24 and my latte was made perfectly, despite lots of customizations... and the steamed milk was not burnt, which has been a frequent experience for me at other stores lately.The barista was so pleasant and friendly, and my latte so good, I decided to go back for a second one after I finished my grocery shopping. I wanted just a plain mocha frap but it wasn’t on the Menu but he made me one anyways also my mom wanted a smoothie and it was not on the menu but he made my mom a banana smoothie with the freshest ingredients he was also very neat and tidy sanitized everything“

“This is a small Starbucks, and it looked a bit dingy at first glance. There was nary a customer, and the front counter had a grim vibe.. but don't appearance fool you. They do have a full menu stocked with all the delicious choices that you'd see elsewhere. They even had the new holiday drinks out which was very nice.Also, the flavor of the coffee drink I had was consistent with what I've had elsewhere. Cashier was quick and efficient too, and I was in and out of their in no time with my caffeine fix. :)“

“It’s a busy little place with limited seating but the staff manages it well. They are friendly and efficient. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for atmosphere is because it is busy and I am tired. But it really is a great place.
