I had the pistachio cold coffee (incredible!), and the owner suggested oat milk instead of almond—it was the perfect choice. I paired it with a pistachio cookie, and honestly, it was an unbeatable combo. If you’re anywhere near Tucson, this spot is a must. My wife and I drove 45 minutes each way, and we will do it again very soon.“

“We live super close to licks and I love to always try a different flavor and there custom milkshakes are so good also, if you look to the right of the fridge and between the lounge area on the wall there’s a menu for a bunch of different types of ice cream like one is a peanut butter sorta vibe ice cream cone and also another amazing thing is there staff they are always so friendly, I highly recommend this if your driving by or if you are eating dinner somewhere near I definitely recommend stopping by.“

This Flin is wonderful for people with pets, with a convenient dog park and plenty of places to take a walk right outside the community the doors. The features that stand out to me in the apartment are the full size washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, the neutral flooring, and big windows.
