“I ordered crispy kare-kare and my wife settled for seafood pasta. The serving although we ordered solo, can feed two people. I would say that I loved the crispy kare-kare and my wife was happy with her pasta. The owner and other staff are so warm and you can feel Filipino vibes as soon as you enter the restaurant (we went to Kingsway branch). Keep it up!“

“Pretty solid Taiwanese hot pot place. Broth tastes fresh, veggies look like they were chopped same day, and the meat slices come out nicely arranged, not frozen bricks. Lots of options for add-ons, so it’s easy to tweak your pot. Staff is chill, service pace felt okay, works for me.“

“Food choices on the menu are a nice change to all the usual options on other restaurant menus in the area. Best sausages you'll find in Vancouver and probably whole of BC.
Nice and cozy in there with a great atmosphere. The staff are awesome, very nice people, good beers, always got the games on the screens and decent prices.

“This is my second time at MeeT on Main and I am writing it yet another review as it truly deserves! This place is a MUST go. Last year I found myself unsure of where to take my girlfriend for our first real dinner date due to her dietary restrictions and tentatively made our way for this Vegan restaurant that both I and her had raised a brow about (For more on that review seek out Raven Bramblepaw on Google reviews to see!) But we are more than pleased to say we have returned and couldn't be happier to have done so, this time bringing with us my girlfriends parents. The food was just as good as we remembered, possibly even better as it is not an over exaggeration that if you did not know what was infront of you was vegan, you likely wouldn't guess. This restaurant will continue to be a staple for my relationship with my girlfriend Fox, and we will continue to come back every year if we should be so lucky. Thank you Astrid and Co. for the warm return welcome, and we look forward to coming back for another tasty bite!“

“The friendly tall girl hostess (with wavy dark hair) and server William made the meal and night. Great place to escape the crowds and have a good feed. Non alcoholic drinks were creative. Loved the waffle fries and the Korean fried chicken bowl (but put less on the sauce…). I will come back“

I always ask for whatever is ready and fresh and get that dish Today they had a nice fish curry with the daal rice and roti . Hats off to the chef. Also their tea and snacks are incredibly tasty. If youre in surrey try this spot it is the best fijian indian food.“

“A good spot if you love udon. Motonobu Udon, located at 3501 E. Hastings Street in Vancouver, does not have a traditional Michelin star, but it is an esteemed Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. This award highlights eateries that serve high-quality food at an approachable price.

Our waitress recommended to try with beef, brisket, and I also noticed a lot of pictures in the reviews regarding their Inari sushi. 🍣

My mother and I both tried the NikuToji hot, so they’re standard udon with beef brisket, and something they described as an egg swirl, which was a generous portion of egg swirl within the broth. The brisket was very tender, and there were three slabs. The broth was flavourful as well. And if you really enjoy udon, you will like it, I wish there was a little bit more meat that had come with the dish.

My daughter has an allergy to eggs, and they were accommodating. She had the plain udon and added beef brisket. It was also good.

For the Inari Sushi we tried the shiitake and also the Salmon. The inari itself is quite juicy and flavorful.

Our server was very nice.

A good spot I don’t know if I would go out of my way to eat here, but that’s partially because I’m not the biggest udon fan either. If you prefer udon over Ramen or Pho or Big Wah pot - then this is probably your spot.“

“Dinner at Bukchon was fantastic. The spicy stir-fried octopus was quite hot, but it had an addictive flavor that kept me wanting more. The quality of the pork cutlet was amazing — it tasted like something from a specialty tonkatsu restaurant, which is hard to believe at that price. I wanted to try all the other dishes too, but the portions were so generous that I’ll have to come back next time to try more.“

“Excellent everything! We split a salad, I had the carpaccio, he had the burger, we shared the panna cotta. Atmosphere, service, food, wine, patio, price point = perfection. Highly recommend.“

“I remember bubble world back when I used to be in highschool. There used to be a location in Coquitlam on North Road where I went to during my school breaks. I love the food, it is definitely nostalgic and comforting. The drinks are always delicious, and the people are always friendly and kind. It's not fancy, but it doesn't pretend to be either. It's a chill atmosphere, kids love it, I like how they post pictures of what the kids draw on their wall. Gives the place a welcoming fun vibe. They've of course updated their drinks and food since I used to be in highschool (20 years ago). I'm so glad this place still exists and hope business continues to do well for them. Also their chicken nuggets are to die for.“

Bubbles was also friendly and welcoming, and Suhk in the kitchen did a great job. The food tasted fresh and delicious, and the entire team provided outstanding customer service. “This place is exceptional! The beef hotpot was perfectly portioned, and they don’t skimp on the meat. The wintermelon juice also pairs great with the spicy broth. At the end of the meal they gave a little container of lemonade which was great. The service was also exceptional.
