“Stopped in on our way home to Nanaimo from Victoria. Very cool little ice cream truck in the parking lot near the Thrifty Foods. We had a couple of sundaes. The Strawberry one was very good, but the Black Forest one was amazing. The ice cream is vegan but you would never know. It didn’t have a strong coconut flavour which I do not care for. The prices were reasonable, comparable to other home made ice cream shops. There is a nice shaded seating area and you would never know you are in a parking lot. We will be back when passing though.“
“Not what I was expecting but BETTER!!!! This place was amazing and the cafe was modern, bright, cute and spacious !! They have plant based mills which was the main thing I was seeking out. And many different syrups too. My latte was amazing!!! They have a full staff so ordering was quick and my coffee came out pretty fast too for having a lot of people. I recommend if you are in the area! They have a cute side shop in the store too with cute mugs and powders to buy etc.“
“A wide variety of baked goods and savoury menu items that were a great way to have brunch and start the day! The chorizo breakfast wrap was fully packed with more ingredients and flavours than I had expected, in the best of ways! I would probably stop by again for the wrap alone as I find most other places I’ve been have much smaller wraps with less filling by comparison. A lovely place and would definitely recommend coming by!“

“This is my favourite spot to eat on Saltspring I always have a hectic day there towing and I come in famished and they seat me right away and feed me real good. I'm not even a local and they welcome me and are glad to see me. Lots of parking, food is excellent, prices are fair. Highly recommended.“
“Great place! Located in the center of Duncan, this little café also containing a small shop is a real cozy little corner where you can enjoy delicious pastries such as an absolutely delicious strawberry chocolate scone, hot coffee and protein smoothie! I recommend 100% for a relaxing time :)“
“As a SERIOUS Ice Cream 'addicted' person... I can honestly attest to the quality of the ice cream (Non Black Licorice' being my GO TO pretty much EVERY day!!.. to die for flavour!!
