Looking forward to the fantastic sandwiches you make. My favourite is the Roast Chicken sandwich loaded with chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber with potato salad on the side. Sometimes I have the homemade soup which makes my mouth water just thinking about it!

Thank-you for letting us rent your GOLDEN VALLEY house. We are so grateful Joyce Wurtele found you on the AIRBNB site! What a RESTFUL NEST for 3 days & 2 nights. The valley views were stunning. We loved interacting with the cows, chickens & of course MONTY. After our cycling days the 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed the dinners you served. What a FEAST to the EYES! Everything was DELICIOUS! “I like this new coffee shop and our walking group has stopped in a few times after walking the Stocking Creek trail. But we may not be going back because they don't sell drip coffee. Last time I was not even warned that they only sell Espresso so served me an Americano, which I found to be very bitter, even with lots of cream added. If I had been warned I would have ordered maybe a latte. But I prefer drip coffee, as do several in our walking group. I wanted to contact the Coffee Shack to give them feedback but they don't seem to have a website or email address.I have upped my review to 4 stars. My only concern was no drip coffee, and I was not warned that I would be served an Americano instead. Maybe they have a good reason for not serving drip coffee so that's their prerogative. But the Morning Glory muffin I had was fantastic. And it was nice to sit out back in the shade.“

“The place is small but really cute, they have indoor and outdoor seating. As a Mexican is really nice to see someone from Mexico, the chef is really nice. The food is spectacular, just flavorful and warm enough. Coffee is great and different types of drinks available.“

“Tried this place today with my 2 and 4 year old..wonderful space! There is an inside and outside play area for the kids
There is a small fee to play but worth it.
We didnt try the food but there was a stocked counter of yummy looking sandwiches and baked good. Great drink menu too!
Highly recommend 😀“
