“We went to Tim Hortons located at Nordel court river road, the service they gave us was fabulous as one of the employees name Lovepreet singh was at store front, the communication skills with which he talk to us was awesome. He serves us food with very calmness and in very hygienic way.

“Noticed that it had been renovated recently. Food is good. Upon renovation, the kitchen looks spacious and more open, the decoration is good, but the customer area including waiting area and sitting area is smaller than before. There r only 2 4-ppl tables and 1 2-ppl table and they are so close to each other which is not spacious…Disappointed. It’s not a customer-centric design.“

“The morning staff on August 23rd 2023 at (Tsawwassen Commons) were absolutely amazing. Very pleasant, always correctly taking my drive through order and the young man passing my ice cap and bagel simply wonderful! This team is exactly what makes Tim Hortons so special and needs to be commended!“
“To the Management of the Tim Hortons on Ladner Trunk Road: I want to express my gratitude to you and your staff every time I visit. The girls are working hard to diligently preparing my family’s drinks and snacks. My father is in the care home near by and we always bring coffee, sandwiches and sweets for my family to munch on. I appreciate that Anmol and the team of girls working hard in the back. Although I don’t know their names please make sure they are all recognized in some form or another.
