Tim Hortons in Langley

“I’ve recently started coming to this Tim Hortons almost every evening for an iced capp and a donut. There’s a tall girl who usually serves me, and although I don’t know her name, I really appreciate how polite, soft-spoken, and friendly she is every single time. I saw her mostly in the evening. Her customer service is always warm and welcoming, and it honestly makes my visit more enjoyable. Because of her, I’ve become a regular. Great service and a great vibe overall!!!“

“If you want a smile and a perfectly stirred coffee, THIS is the location for you. I live closer to 3 other Timmies and I still chose this one without fail. The atmosphere and efficiency of the employees, Amrit and Komal especially, are what make this spot the gold standard in the Lower Mainland. Bravo, friends!“

“We had car trouble while in the drive through. The daytime manager was most helpful in offering assistance. The restaurant was very clean and staff was attentive to keeping things organized and tidy. Thus location was way change than a previous Tim's that we visitation in the Vancouver area.“

“I live across the parking lot and grab coffee here more often than I normally would from a tim hortons. Luckily this is by far the most consistent tims I have ever gone to, I can't even remember the last time my coffee tasted a little stale or old, the manager(s) and workers deserve credit for that even if walk in service can be slow sometimes. If all tims were this consistent the chain wouldn't have such a terrible reputation.“

“I go in roughly every morning just after opening.. I've never had a negative experience.. it is quite chaotic sometimes I can tell..with only 2 staff up front with the morning rush. Sometimes it's just one lady working the drive through and the counter inside. While the other lady is in the back preparing/ making breakfast sandwiches... I think they do a wonderful job and they always have great spirits and energy.“

“My favorite brand when it come to grab quick something on the way. But, not just Tim Hortons but many similar brands has reduce the size of their wrap size.I also favor on card board wrapthat used to come instead of paper wraps comes that come today.“

“Quick and attentive staff lead this to be a wonderful experience for me during my most recent visit! Location is a little small but the convenience is second to none!

Vegetarian options: Standard Tim Hortons menu with various options for dining, including vegetarian

Kid-friendliness: Small location. Good for quick stops. Not very "kid friendly" however.

Parking: It's a gas station so parking is limited.

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors. No washrooms within Tim Hortons section.“

“I was extremely pleased that they sell yogurt since most TH’s don’t…..but I had to wait a long time to get it cause they had to make it up since they were out and my coffee got cold . My suggestion is that they tell me I would have to wait and give me the choice of coffee immediately or with my order

Dietary restrictions: As a diabetic there is not much ai can eat at TH. But in the am yogurt or a sausage breakfast sandwich on a croissant are my only options. For lunch it would be soup or chili. I would love to choose the salad bowls but they containe mostly rice If you ask any TH to replace the rice with more of the vegetables they only give you more lettuce“

“Overqualified cashier again which seems to be seen too often at Tim Hortons lately which is sad but I was impressed that an item missing at many locations was available here. Also it's nice and humbling to see the sticker on the door that says "we reserve the right to refuse service" I hope there is enough security to help the wonderful people here..“

Don't hesitate to file human rights violations for discrimination in hiring practices against the construction companies of the lower mainland
Everyone is hiring for every role, they just don't hire minorities. Trust me launch violations.
Anyway! Coffee is good and staffs great 👍
