“I had an exceptional experience at Willowbrook mall branch. All the team there was so kind and smiling. I was buying a “Stainless Steel Tumbler” and there was issues with the system and I had to wait for a while, so to make it up they gave me a 50% discount , I was going to buy 1 but there hospitality and the way they were talking to me made me buy 2 of them. Really I want to thank all the great team there specially “Tania” and “Cory” both of them were amazing and professional.“

“I live across the parking lot and grab coffee here more often than I normally would from a tim hortons. Luckily this is by far the most consistent tims I have ever gone to, I can't even remember the last time my coffee tasted a little stale or old, the manager(s) and workers deserve credit for that even if walk in service can be slow sometimes. If all tims were this consistent the chain wouldn't have such a terrible reputation.“
