“We made our first visit to Noodlebox in New Westminster last week. I was expecting it to be typical bland franchise fast food. Wow was I wrong! The menu choices are excellent and the specific dishes we chose were very tasty and anything but bland. Great ambience, excellent food, and outstanding service. Harpreet made us feel very welcome for our first visit. He made some recommendations which were excellent. Great experience start to finish. We will certainly make another visit. Keep up the good work!“
“We all have our favourite places to eat Chinese food. However when hosting a wedding reception at a Chinese restaurant with a large group? You do it at Kirin.Due to Covid-19 restrictions one needs to be masked and not mingle at the tables. Food was also served to us in portions even though it was between family members. However this is Covid, so precautions must be taken. The food was good, but to some it was new and certain things were untouched. It wasn't because it was bad. The diner was used not used to what was being presented.Lots of parking was available here as compared to the one on Cambie.“
“I frequently dine at this wok restaurant, and I must say, it consistently delivers delicious meals. The flavors are always on point, and the variety of dishes available never fails to satisfy my cravings. The stir-fried noodles and fresh vegetables are expertly prepared, and the sauces are a delightful blend of sweet and savory. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere add to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Whether you're a fan of classic wok dishes or eager to explore new flavors, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone seeking delectable Asian cuisine.“
“❤️?? Oh my… goodness!!! This place is a hidden gem in the area. Their portions for the price is honestly a steal! Quality and flavour of the food here is great as well. My coworkers and I discovered this place as our office moved in the area and discovering Mama’s Rice Bowl has blessed our lunchtime ?The only downside is that they close a tad bit earlier than I’d prefer but, it leaves room for us to desire their food all-the-more. Definitely going to add more details when I order from here again!*** Update:Went in person for pickup and the employees are very kind :) They’re located on the inside of their building and there’s no signage on the front of the building that they’re in. The area when you enter and are ordering is quite small but, they do have tables where you can eat your food and “dine in”. I took a picture of my food after one bite because… I couldn’t wait to eat it, sorry it’s not as aesthetic “
“This absolutely our go-to for takeout! Food is always plentiful, tasty and freshly made, with fresh ingredients. Owners Paul and Sara are always, always friendly and helpful! Restaurant is for pick-up (a couple of seats if you need to wait, which has never happened to us) but clean and welcoming! Highly recommend!Parking: Plent of free parking right outside“
“The servers were really helpful and accommodating with our group of 11 people and 2 toddlers. Service was top notch. Food was very tasty and the dessert bar was great. Food is pricy but definitely will recommend and will come back again.“
“The waitress was very helpful, kind, and considerate.I ordered:One corn salad inari sushi. One tempura inari sushi. One unagi inari sushi.Three spicy inari sushi.I loved everything, everything tasted perfect. Especially the rice that was made with sesame oil, it had a perfect balance. The toppings for each sushi was fantastic, very tasty and wonderful.Highly recommended. The price was roughly $23 dollars, this was a good price. Please note:I cut the size of the box with scizzers because I wanted a clear picture.“
“Small little place, blink and you may miss it, but while it is small in size, it is HUGE in taste, flavour, and service! Had their Bbq pork belly and Bbq chicken too, served with garlic rice and fried egg - the pork belly was just perfect, crispy and chewy, salty and not too sweet, generously portioned and served with a smile. First time having Filipino cuisine and the server explained it all with enthusiasm and her suggestions were spot on. Can’t wait to come again to try their Silog or Kare Kare. On the way out, Jessica - the owner’s wife - showed me what she was cooking in the pan and described a few more popular dishes, and mentioned that they served meat skewers out in front during the day. Maybe I will make a special trip out there just to try!!“
“Food is excellent. The traditional pork belly sandwich was so flavourful. The white pepper soup might be too peppery for some tastes. I liked it though.Service was good. That said,I was here in a Sunday at 1:00 p.m. and it was not busy.Parking: Underground parking for up to 4 hours for mall customersWheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator for those with accessibility concerns.“
“The soft tofu was the most delicious in all of Korea and Canada, and the seafood was plentiful. The cup rice had a great spicy flavor from the meat, and the rice itself had a nice chewy texture. Basically, you seem to have a good sense of cooking. And he is always kind.“
