“The service and food were incredible. For those who are wondering if it’s worth the trip to get to, it absolutely is! The food has great flavor, is prepared beautifully and is run by a very hard working family. I recommend the Rose Pasta and the Pork Ssam! Right now, they also have a Dubai chocolate pancake going on and it’s also very delicious.“

I felt like she took the time to ensure I was making a choice that was suited for me. She gave me recommendations for future visits as well.

I received the AUTHENTIC Chai and Mango Chicken wrap. Both were absolutely delicious and filling. The Chai was seasoned well with appropriate spices, as a South Indian, this chai earned title as an Authentic Chai.

The wrap was filled with flavour and seasonings that blended well together. It’s a big sized wrap that I split into two. She served it grilled and provided reheating instructions as well.“

“Best scone I’ve had ever. Americano with honey was fresh hot and delicious. Worker skipped the tip option which is unheard of but I asked her to add a tip. Menu includes salads as well. Wonderful friendly“

“I was in New West for a meeting, so after I was hungry. I had a choice, it was either McDonald's or across the street Jim's Cafe. I decided to give Jim's a try,and I'm sure glad I did. The atmosphere was great, service was wonderful and the food was just great!! To bad I live in North Vancouver, otherwise I would be at Jim's almost everyday. But I'll be there, for sure, next time I'm in New Westminster!! See you then!!!“

“Chaiiwala is my favorite place in Canada. I come here every day and always enjoy my Chaii. The staff are kind and always smiling, and the female employees are elegant and very friendly. The place is very clean and their food is delicious. I love this place and will definitely keep coming back.“

“I live within walking distance but have only been to this 'restaurant' about 4 or 5 times since 2019. The cafeteria is in the basement of city hall. City hall is NOT in a shopping area so it's not a destination generally.

The food is easily the lowest priced in the area, if not the lower mainland!

It's not haute cuisine but regular North American fare, eg, eggs, omelettes, English muffins, soups, sandwiches, etc.
As a coffee lover, I didn't like my coffee, though.
Service was very friendly and I wanted to leave the lady a little something but they said they couldn't accept gratuities.“

“A Cozy Corner Café Worth Visiting

This corner café near Columbia SkyTrain Station is a lovely little find with simple yet chic interior décor and some neat outdoor seating as well. It’s conveniently located and has a warm, welcoming vibe despite being a small space. It does get fairly busy, but we were still able to find seating without too much trouble.

The drinks are a real highlight. The café latte with a shot of bourbon was smooth, rich, and incredibly comforting. Personally the salted caramel and bourbon lattes are absolute must-tries from my end, they’re perfect for winter. beautifully blended with a rich chocolatey flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. Special thanks to the barista for making the drinks with such care.

The sandwiches and brownies were also tasty and perfectly portioned, making them great companions to the coffee. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and excellent drinks make this spot one I’d happily return to again.“

Lovely owners and atmosphere, DELICIOUS FOOD!!!The decor and interior could use a bit of sprucing up, but honestly that doesn't matter too much to me personally.It's a shame that there are bad reviews from the previous owners that seem to be affecting this place's overall rating, so if you're just checking this out now, I would highly recommend to stop by and give this place a try!“

“I came here exhausted after a long labor with my wife at the hospital across the street. While I waited for my wife's Pho, they kindly offered me hot tea and a rice cracker. The chef even offered a large bowl specifically to make it easier to mix in the hospital room. That level of care warms my heart. I haven't even tasted the food yet, but I’m giving 5 stars for the incredible hospitality alone. Thank you!“
